Worst experience ever! No professionalism anywhere. There were 2 ladies working a full restaurant while young man was on break. One lady was walking drive thru orders to parking spaces instead of utilizing the windows for efficiency while the other lady was preparing orders. I came in to order 24Krystals with cheese and another 24 no onion, only 12 with cheese and 40 nuggets (lots of kiddos with me, thought would be easy to grab and go). I patiently wait to order, seeing they are understaffed. The 2 ladies ask what I'm ordering, I suppose to prep order before placing it, and it took like 3 rounds just to get everyone on the same page. Then the first 12 burgers looked like they had been already sitting under a heat lamp, while other sandwiches were being made in a very sloppy manner. The lady taking order takes my order and charges me $103. Then the lady cooking let's her know she charged me for cheese for all sandwiches. So then the cashier says well I will have to refund her the difference and as I look at my receipt, I was also charged for a corn dog I never ordered. So the lady who was cooking said, "You can refund her, but then your money will be short." The cashier said that she couldn't charge me for something I didn't want (which was the right thing) only for the lady cooking to come over and ask if I would take cheese anyway.. I told her no because some kids don't like cheese and will not like it all melted on there, and why would I pay for something I didn't want or order? She then walked away, and the cashier gave me cash back for a difference. Then all of a sudden the cook and cashier get into a disagreement and cashier takes off the headpiece and storms to back while the cook is complaining of being tired of all of this.. then cook goes to call who evers name is above door, then while I'm still waiting for the $100 worth of food I pay for, she calls me outside to listen to her call and tried to use me as a witness to the situation which was very unprofessional. While all of this was going on, a guy waiting at least 30 minutes, if not more, on a door dash order.. it took me over 40 minutes to get my food from this Krystal's location, and food was not even hot when we left.. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT they may as well just close this location down completely! I even ended up sick and throwing up that night.. I get it if you are understaffed. But if you don't have the staff to run efficiently, please just close. That way, you don't have pissed off customers that paid their hard earned money on crap service and product and stressed and overworked employees embarrassingthe company. Read moreI can't speak to the dine in. But the drive thru is extremely slow. I waited 25 minutes. If you're traveling and or in a hurry don't use the drive thru. The person who served me was nice enough. I stop in once or twice a year when I'm in the area and it seems this is the way they operate.

I went back to this store and wasn't disappointed. It took 29 minutes to get my order. I wasn't disappointed because I expected it. The time was 8:30 pm on a Friday. Maybe the late hour was the reason the service took so long.
The burgers were good. The staff was good.
10/10/25 I visited this store today. I'm sorry to say that the service was a whole new level of atrocious. I spent $72.32 on carry out. Time was 11:30 am when I placed my order 12:15pm when my order was handed to me. They were not busy at all. Another couple was there when I arrived. They were dining in. They didn't receive their drinks until they were finished eating and leaving, even then they had to ask for them. The ceiling tiles are black and dirty. The restroom smells of piss. I threw the food away. And the employees absolutely do not care about the customers. And it is obvious that the owner of this store doesn't care about the customers either. Read moreMy family and I came through this place on our road trip today. We ordered a family feast. It’s early so we weren’t bothered when we were asked to pull up and wait for our food. After sitting in the van for literally 20 minutes, a girl brings out 2 bags and asks if we had “the 3 chicks”, gave us the bags and went inside. Upon opening the bags, there were fries, burgers, nuggets but no chicken sandwiches. I walked inside, with our food, and let them know what was missing. They said they’d have it right out to me. I waited there, for another 10 minutes, noticing the sticky floors, topless tea container, constantly swatting flies away from myself, the dirty counters and computers and the 11 year old management plaques on the wall. After having been there for 30 minutes, and that’s no exaggeration, I finally got all my food, I think anyway. The burgers and fries were cold by the time we could eat. One of the chicks was so over cooked it was like trying to chew a tire. The nuggets were the hottest thing in the bag and actually pretty tasty. We were never offered an apology for the wait or for the missing food. We’re from out of town and don’t have a Krystal near us so when we travel it’s always a treat.
