Frank's Fresh Fruit Mini Market 2 — Restaurant in West Miami

Service is very poor. Quality of food is great and tastes good. Produce and the likes are somewhat okay. I have been coming here for years since it started and the service got so bad that I am writing this review. I am not asking 5 star service nor a 3 but these employees are the worst. I was making the line to pay and young girl took care of the guy behind me first instead of me when they were using the same register to ring customers in that line. Did not understand the logic behind that. Why two cashiers are there using one register to take care of customer making the same line. Service is bad food is good. This place is affordable and could have a manager overseen these minor issues that irritates customers. I have never seen a manager or a person in charge otherwise I would respectfully let them know what could be change for the better of the business. If you leave negative reviews apparently the manager calls the police on you be careful! What i just witnessed today left me speechless i have been coming here for quite sometime now and will never again come back. They call the Police on a Lady because she left a bad review due to the bad service she received and a wrong order. To be honest even i have noticed bad service lately. The "Manager" told her that she needed to check her order before she left the place because is her responsibility to get the order correct? What!!!! Service has gone downhill and is a total joke i recommend for those that go there to check your orders because something will be wrong and you are responsible for it. Yesterday I went there as usual to get a 20 pounds bag of rice and a package of towel paper,besides of that I got other products and tamales and chicharrón . After I paid when I was walking to the exit a worker from the market came to check my product and the receipt. She realized that the cashier forgot to charge me a rice of bag and she started shouting: This client didn’t pay for the rice,this bag of rice wasn’t charged. I passed the most big embarrassment of my life,her actions were like she was accusing me indirectly of stealing the bag of rice. I told them that it wasn’t right that the mistake of the cashier make myself look as a thief.
