Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Miami

I have just had the WORST experience of my life at this location. For reference, my family and I live literally less than a mile away from the store. We order from them frequently and for years as its convenient for us. I had placed an order for FIVE medium pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. The driver delivered only FOUR pizzas with the breadsticks. When I called to try and see what happened, the lady over the phone bluntly said in Spanish, “I sent five pizzas, so look again.” I was absolutely dumbfounded because I’m staring at the FOUR pizzas on the table as I’m talking to her. I politely advised that I only have four. She then proceeded to say the worst insult to me, “This house’s orders always has problems.” WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!!!! We have NEVER complained to this location and if we did, that last time was YEARS ago. I explained that this had never happened before so I was unsure what she was talking about and then after that she just cut me off, kept talking, and refused to hear me out. I’m absolutely APPALLED by her behavior because I was very friendly when I called because I know what the industry is like. It’s not even about the stupid pizza anymore, it’s about being kind to one another. I wouldn’t even have minded if she left it at the fact that she couldn’t do anything for me. Unfortunately, that was the LAST time I will be ordering from Pizza...

Worst pizza hut ever.....I made a complain on Monday because the driver was not on time for the delivery and supposedly he got lost. I called the store and a lady answered the phone and I asked what happened to my delivery, she said that driver couldn’t find the destination and she wanted me to verify the information which I did. Then on the background I heard the manager saying is spanish “oye esa sabra bien la dirección, dile que nostros vamos al 701 pero no al 7001 😳, I was like tell your manager in the back that I placed two orders in the past and I haven’t had any problems with the delivery. Well anyways, I ordered again on Friday.... and you know what these disgusting people did to my order??? they put like 7 packages of ketchup inside the french fries container and it looked like if they did on purpose becuase they were all over the french fries and under it. They call me today to see if wanted a new order but i’ll not buy anything again from these people because what they did is antigenic. Also the boneless chicken wings were raw and not well cooked. How are you gonna put packages of ketchup mixed with a food that someone is going to eat???? Please don’t buy from this...

Horrible. I placed order and explained u was at a conventuon center and for delivery to come to loading dock NOT HOTEL LOBBY. I said driver can even call and asked if driver spoke English bc if not i would give my assistant number as she speaks Spanish. Woman on phone flat out lied and said YES. I get a call from PH that driver is at loading dock and i ask her to hold on. Guess what no one there. Then dricer calls on other line. Guess what. No english. I ask HER to hold on to merge calls. Guess what. She hangs up. So im back on phone with location insisting th3 driver us where i am standing. 29 minutes later of me stuck outside while my booth is unattendes, and three calls later, driver finally shows up apologizing. If the liar at pizza hut told truth i would have had a spanish speaking assistant helo her. Once i was outside my assistant was 10 minute wal away from me at a regustration counter. I called for manager and got a woman who mumbled so i could not understand her name. Food cold and she offered credit for next order. I told her there will not be a next order. She would not offer any refund so im going to...
