I'm from Buffalo NY where wings are plentiful and the blue cheese will bring a tear to your eye. I've tried many wings throughout my years of travel but always ended up with a soggy pigeon wing. Well I've finally found an acceptable poultry flapper from the outside of my wing perimeter. I got an order of half medium (traditional "Buffalo" style) and half house choice which was their house sausage (some sort of spicy BBQ). The wings were crispy, a decent size and floating in a basket of steamy sauce (love a saucy wing). Rating this a 5 ⭐ based off of all the out of town wings I've had. Got my menu, plopped down on a barstool, got a beer and started watching the UT OU game which is ironic because I'm from the Austin area.
