This was the time my wife and I have ever visited a Chilli's Grill and Bar. It was pretty busy at the time we arrived and there were several people waiting to be seated at tables. We got to seated fairly quickly cuz we were willing to accept a small high table at the bar table is a table to me I don't care. So we got seated at the table at the tables they have these little electronic things you can play games with and pay the bill on. There were three of those things sitting on our table because people around us didn't want them taking up space on their tables I guess. So really we got sat at half a table the other half had all the other patrons unwanted table items. What ever we still got sat. We ordered they were out of cheese sticks they were out of root beer had no sweet tea and something else we wanted to try I forget but they had none of that either. We thought of leaving and going else where but decided we're over 50 years old probably time we tried Chilli's. The wife she had the sirloin steak 10oz.I believe, with corn on the cob I ordered the full rack of ribs corn on the cob and coleslaw. I got half rack of the bbq ribs and half rack of their dry rub. The wife's steak was probably 1/3 just fat and not edible. The corn on the cob we both agreed it was way over cooked it was more like mush on cob. My 2 halves of ribs the bbq one had only 3 bones and was rather small but tasted good but a bit overcooked. The second half of the dry rubbed ones looked much better 5 bones with this one it was larger and the dry rub looked amazing. However the dry rubbed ribs were super salty and the meat was very dry ( no falling off the bone either) I never had dry meat ribs before. So our first ever visit to Chilli's does not warrant another visit. Just not a great dinner We both wish we had chosen somewhere else to have dinner. On a good note our server was very busy and had a positive attitude. The couple behind us we heard the tell the waitress that they were not real happy with their...
Read moreIâve eaten here multiple times including dine in/take out/car side:
The dine is was a good experience, food was mediocre but for the price it was an overall positive experience.
The car side was an awful experience. I texted saying I was at the restaurant and I was in a large red truck. The lady came out with what looked like my food but brought it to a car and the man rejected the food. Before I could say anything a man left a blue car grabbed the food and left. 10 mins later the worker walked up to my truck and asked what I was waiting on and I showed her my order. She came back out saying it was picked up and I told her it wasnât picked up by me. She returned inside and a manager came out. She said she knew for a fact my order was brought out. She asked me if I was sure I didnât receive the food and wanted to check my vehicle. The whole time she was acting like I was lying and had a attitude. I waited for my whole order to be remade without complaining. There was not one apology or anything compensated she just handed me my food with a dirty look.
The last is DoorDash. The restaurant is 4 mins from my house and every time the order is ice cold but thatâs whatever. The worst part of my recent order was the chick. I got BBQ boneless wings that were nothing more then unbreaded chunks undercooked chicken. The BBQ sauce was so sour and bitter I had to spit it out. I couldnât even eat it the flavor was so bad. Literally canât even make BBQ chicken right. Avoid...

I used to enjoy dining at Chiliâs, but after my most recent experience, I donât think Iâll be going back.
From the moment we sat down, the service was incredibly poor. Our server walked past our table eight times without acknowledging usâno greeting, no water, nothing. I eventually had to speak up just to get his attention.
When I ordered the chicken nachos (something Iâve ordered plenty of times before), he responded with, âDid you just want the chicken or the nachos?ââwhich was confusing, because itâs clearly a single dish on the menu. He then told me it would cost more to âadd the chicken,â even though the dish is chicken nachos. I clarified again, but it still didnât seem to register.
My friend ordered a burger, and the server didnât even ask how she wanted it cooked. Throughout our entire 15-minute wait for the food, he didnât check on us once. Instead, he passed our table at least 15 more times, clearly more focused on a larger party at the end of the room. Ironically, that group didnât even leave him a tipâwhich was evident by his exaggerated reaction to their receipt.
Itâs unfortunate, because I know Chiliâs can be a great spot for casual dining, but this experience left a really bad taste. Maybe if the server had treated all his tables with the same level of care, he wouldâve earned tips across the board. Poor service can really ruin a night outâand thatâs exactly what...
