This Taco Bell cares, I ordered a delivery order after driving four and a half hours back home from a work trip. Didn't feel like driving or cooking, got lazy, ordered some Taco Bell from the app. Was supposed to be delivered at 5:15pm, well 6pm rolls around and I call the store to see what's going on because the app isn't showing any updates. The store employee was very professional and told me what I needed to do, so I call the one and only Door Dash. They said a driver would be by to pick it up around 6:30, I asked what can they do for me because the order is going to be cold and my family and I aren't going to eat 2 hour old taco bell. He said the best they could do is cancel the order not even pay to have it remade. So I thought that was it, I was not happy with Door Dash and I will never order with them again even through a third party. I then get a notification from taco bell that my order is on my way, I was like great Door Dash is still going to delivery my cold food even though it was canceled. I didn't call Door Dash back because I was unhappy with their service so I was more than happy to let their driver get the money for the order that was canceled. The order got here and I opened the bag just to see how cold the food was, and it was all warm! The assistant general manager had the food remade and sent out with the dasher. I was honestly super surprised and my mood changed, it might just be a fast food place but I will now for sure in the future order again from this establishment, just not for delivery... Thanks...

I know you have to serve first drive-thru customers. But folks my condition was your mistake. day before as usual i ordered 2 dbl Chalupas and 1 Cinnamon twist. when came to work and open the bag 1 Cinnamon Twist and 2 some kind of taco with chicken or pork I don't know. I brought it back in the morning That time Mike was very understandable manager and he told me on my way back to work 12 July evening come and my guys will fix it for you. when I came back told to the new cashier situation and they were aware about condition. SOOOOOOOOO here all starts, he said wait 2 minutes and my order will be ready soon. When I came in it was 22:20 or 5 minutes later as I left my phone in the car. after me 2 customers ordered meal, one of them was CHALUPA BOX!!!! Windows are wide and huge, so you are able to see drive thru customers. 4 drive thru and 2 that customers got their meals. by that time I was almost late to work. Read moreI guess they had a worker shortage. The drive-thru was long and not moving so I go inside and immediately I think to myself, this wont be any better. I had a App order for 2 of the new Crispanadas so I was just picking up. There were customers inside asking for refunds. After I had been standing there 10 minutes another lady said it's been 45 minutes and she still only had part of her order. She ended up just leaving, not geta refund or anything?????
I wont get into it because I understand how things can go but everyone was frustrated from the staff to the customers. I heard the manager tell one of the customers as she was giving her a refund, she was sorry and that no one wants to work.
I did wait 20 minutes after I got inside. My wife, who was still outside waiting, texted me and said she was surprised I waited that long. I felt I had already given them 20 minutes of my life, it may as well be for something. When I finally got back to the car and told my wife, she said they should have closed the inside and just did drive-thru. I think that would have actually made the most sense.
