Time 4:10 Horrible service. The ladies do not want to serve with a positive attitude, and it is very obvious every time I come during the day. I've been coming here since it opened, and if you come during the day, they make it clear they're not happy to see you or serve you. They are childish, and being messy for no reason at all. All while not knowing the menu or making sure the order was correct. Also, not giving a total over the headset. I had to wait and be surprised at the window. Threatening to call the (Police) because I'm expressing how my experience was unnecessary and not funny at all. Them being childish and unprofessional has been accepted by the manager on duty obviously. I never raised my voice, and I never used profanity. At the window after expressing I didn't order the Royal Sunday she kept saying a Royal Sunday is a Sunday. I said, No, a Royal Sunday's name is Royal Sunday not the word Sunday by itself. I never asked for a Royal anything. I simply asked for a Sunday. I explained that's not what I ordered. I told her it was a Sunday for 5.00, almost 6.00 The girl at the window on the headset begins to grin and proceeds to tell the girl making the ice cream (You're going to be upset) and she doesn't want the Royal. She's laughing in a very subtle manner as she continues to be unprofessional with her soft words but very clear words. It ridiculous the games people play with people they do not know.I'm trying to explain to her as she continues talking about her being upset and remaking something different. I didn't see the humor in wasting my time and money. Who wants an upset person to remake there order? That was very manipulative and I didn't find it amusing. At this point I'm exhausted with the entire show, I feel it was done intentionally at this point, and it is because they do not want to be of service for their own personal reasons.I'll leave that there. At this point I guess the young manager (they all look younger that 25) walks over to the window, all 3 have headsets on and heard the entire order being made, no one tried listening in to help when i was being explained over the headset or having any opinion until they were trying to humiliate me as a group over ice cream because they couldn't accept responsibility for their lack of team efforts. They said they don't have anything on the menu for 5 dollars. I took a picture, it was 5.79 (Sunday). The manager argued that I saw a 6, not 5. The experience is always the same in the daytime. I've just never said anything until today. I asked for a Sunday and explained what I had seen displayed beside the Sunday menu with 2 scoops and a few bananas. The bananas are not included in the regular Sunday. I was never told that only Royal Sundays come with bananas. Never gave me a total before the window. Had she given me a total, I would've corrected it then. They charged me for a Royal. I did order walnuts on a the Sunday for an additional dollar, but the total still wouldn't have been 10 dollars. I kept calling it a Sunday, but she never corrected me or made it clear it was a Royal Sunday, and there's a difference in cost.. At the very least, they could've been respectful at the window. If you're going to lead your conversation with "you're going to be upset." Close the window. She's a mess starter and that was her goal. Why is she going to be upset?I'm the one losing money. That never crossed her mind because she didn't care. The total is right at 10 dollars So I asked for the young lady making the ice cream after the one at tbe window became unprofessional while i tried nicely to explained to her that I didn't appreciate the unprofessional response, their lack of knowledge of the menu and them using intimidation tactics over a bowl of ice cream. The way I was being made to feel due to them being completely rude and careless was unacceptable but to call the police was absurd and trying to cause me a customer embarrassment & problems. I left quickly and I will never...
Read moreThe last time I walked inside a Baskin Robbins was 20+ yrs ago when there was one in Monroe on Forsythe Ave. I remember it being bleak and overall just....sad. Probably why it closed down for good shortly after that visit. When I heard about this new BR that had opened up in WM, I did not get even a little bit excited about it. BRUH. MY MISTAKE. This BR is not the BR from way back when. This BR is BR living its best life, and the employees are the exact opposite of sad and bleak. The staff on duty when I went here were all absolutely fantastic, and Jaylen especially deserves recognition: knowledgeable and on point when I asked for a recommendation, prepared my order quickly and efficiently while helping a coworker who clearly had her hands full, was not at all intimidated by the huge group that came in while I was ordering and just handled business like a boss, and sweet enough to boot to deserve 10x the tip I left. That caramel coffee drink she made for me was insanely delicious and might have contributed to the length of this...
Read moreTypically you can’t go wrong with ice cream. My problem was with the door being locked 30 minutes before the posted closing time. There were at least 2 employees inside, and I saw a car at the drive thru (don’t know if they got served or not). I like to go in and look at all the flavors , it’s just always been part of me going to Baskin Robbins. I also have no problem with the situation if it’s posted somewhere either website or in the door that they will only do drive thru past a certain time…but I left the house to go because the website said they were...
