Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Monroe

Just left this place. Ordered an ice pistachio latte.

The girl at the window asked me if I had a mobile app. I responded that I did not. Then asked if I had an iced latte(that's all I could understand, as she spoke low) in which I responded that I did. Very difficult to fully understand when someone is speaking so low to another person who is sitting outside of the window with the sound of traffic nearby. Charged me for the wrong drink. Over 10 bucks for a 6 dollar drink. Granted, I agreed to pay the 10 and change and was unaware of the price difference until she informed me (had only been here once prior.) But the price difference wasnt the real issue. When learning that it was miscommunication... She stated "I asked you if you ordered the "dunkin ice latte" and you said yes." Acted as though it was my fault and would be a big deal for a refund and offered me donuts. Offered me the refund after offering the donuts but with a tone that implied she did not want to give the refund. I said I did not want the donuts and another woman walked up. They stood there looking agitated together. It was bizarre and unprofessional. Rude, to say the least. It was no longer worth my time... The money was not the biggest issue, the unprofessionalism and the way it was being handled was the problem... I don't give my business to places like this.

I left with the pistachio ice latte that I ordered and no refund.. Dunkin profited off me this morning. Will not be returning. 2nd time & most assuredly the last time.

P.s. I tried the donuts the first time I went and I was far from impressed. Will definitely be taking my business back to the locals and it's really ashame due to this establishment being so...

Every time I go, I have a fantastic experience at the new Dunkin’! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy from the staff. The employees here truly stand out for their great interpersonal skills—they were not only professional and courteous but also made an effort to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant itself is spotless. Everything from the counters to the dining area was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in keeping the space looking sharp.

Most impressive of all was how quickly my order was filled. Even during a busy stretch, the team worked efficiently and got everything out fast and accurately.

I’m originally from Connecticut, where there’s practically a Dunkin’ on every corner, typically staffed with about six employees per shift. During my recent visit to this location, I was surprised to see around 15 employees on duty an unusually high number for a Dunkin which made the space feel overcrowded.

Despite the heavy staffing, the service was slower than expected. Many employees appeared confused or unsure of their tasks, and several were simply walking around without clear direction. The preparation time for drinks and food was noticeably long, which was disappointing.

Additionally, I’ve visited this location about four times, and each time, my bagel has not been prepared correctly even when I specifically asked for it to be toasted.
