As a devoted ramen enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for the next great bowl of noodles. When I heard about Kinya Ramen & Sushi, I knew I had to give it a try – and I'm happy to report that it exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment I stepped into the cozy, modern space, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The lighting and wooden accents added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot for a casual night out or even a date night, despite it being located in a mall.

Our waitress, Seline, was amazing.. She was more than happy to make recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the evening, she struck the perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive service.

Now, let's talk about the food. The ramen at Kinya is, simply put, divine. I ordered the 🌶️ Spicy Ramen, which featured a rich, creamy pork broth that was both deeply satisfying and packed with flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked, maintaining a springy texture that complemented the tender slices of chashu pork.

In addition to the ramen, we also sampled some of their sushi offerings. The maki rolls were fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The Spicy Tuna Roll was a standout, with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting without overwhelming the palate.

The true star of the evening was the Tayaki dessert (pic above). This fish-shaped pastry, filled with sweet red bean paste, was the perfect end to our meal. The pastry was light and crispy, while the filling was smooth and not overly sweet. It was, without a doubt, one of the best Tayaki I've ever had.
