After the experience I had last night this place deserves 0 stars. My friends and I will not be coming back and will be telling our friends in the area that this is not the Friday’s you want to go to. My experience started with a longer than usual wait, which is okay because it was a busy Saturday night and the restaurant has a system that texts me when our table is ready. We went down the street to the gas station to put gas in the car while we waited for our table. I made it to the restaurant and the staff tried saying that I missed my name being called 15 minutes ago. I showed them my phone that said 8-9 minutes ago and they immediately retracted their statement and began finding a table for me. The hostesses were amazing throughout the night, the overcrowding and small hiccup was not really oversight of their own but just a stressful busy night. The hostess was so nice then the restaurant ruined it, starting with our cups which had residue and white objects floating on top and inside of it. We waited 30 minutes for our apps; we were there for 3 hours and only had 4 rounds of appetizers due to the disregard of the waiter and the lack of kitchen staff. Our waiter habitually forgot to put orders in and it took us an hour and a half to receive our main dish. Then my phone died as I had a coupon code and the waiter offered to get the manager at 11:50 PM I did not speak to a manager and get our last round of apps until 12:45. Luckily I was able to charge my phone IN THE CAR while I waited. As the manager approaches she comes up to me and says we added the coupon and your points we are sorry for the delay but the day was slow so we sent the kitchen staff home early and then a lot of people came for a last minute rush and she was stuck cooking in the kitchen. She also said the waiter did not get her which is not true because I saw her putting a wet floor sign down in the bathroom and my waiter approached her and said “Someone wants to talk to a manager” to which her response was “Oh well they’ll have to wait”. I do not think the manager (Allie) expected me to be within earshot of her statement. Sadly the statement of her being in the kitchen also made sense to us because the food came out cold for one round of appetizers and things were not made right throughout the entire restaurant as we met other patrons on the way out that complained about the same issues. This place does not deserve the Friday’s brand. It is crazy how the Clifton location, 30/45 minutes away is much better run and managed. It is like night and day, avoid this place. Go to Clifton. Guarantee you won’t regret it! The only good part about this Friday’s was the accommodation and assistance given by the hostesses. I think they did more brand saving that night for Friday’s than the manager did. It is sad that a manager would blatantly lie and throw a waiter “under the bus” when I saw the waiter do exactly what they were supposed to do. This place has been a disappointment and I will not be returning anytime soon. From cold food, disgusting bathrooms with items flooding the sink, to dirty dishes, incompetent staff and lying managers I have reached my limit.

Read moreI rate this location ZERO STARS! This location needs to be closed Immediately! We had the worst experience at a restaurant ever. We had a coupon that stated, buy one entrée and get another for free or $20 off of your bill $50 or more. We showed the server the coupon and wished to use before we ordered. The server said ok, and took our order. We ordered a half rack of whiskey glazed ribs with fries and onion rings and whiskey glazed grilled chicken with two breadsticks and mashes potatoes. When the bill arrived ,the server said there was a promotion on ribs and we couldn't use the coupon. When asked to see a Supervisor, a dark skinned woman approached stating the server had made a mistake and the system wouldn't allow them to take any money off and she would see about what to do. She came back stating, her boss told her in order to honor the coupon, the rib entrée would have to be regular price. We agreed and the bill was adjusted. The new bill was brought out by our server, which was incorrect. Now, the server is telling us it was an upcharge for the onion rings, which we were never told. Nowhere on the menu did it say it would be an uncharged. We asked for the supervisor again, however she refused to come to speak with us. She sends someone else to speak for her. We asked for her boss, who just happened to not be in the restaurant. Another server came over with the corrected bill. As we were signing the receipt, we could her the Supervisor speaking extremely loud saying it was only $1.50. At this point the Manager had just walked back into the restaurant. He apologized. As we were walking out, the Supervisor and several female servers began to laugh extremely loud towards us. This was witnessed by several guess. No professionalism and no regards for a customers feelings. We will not be dining here again. The Supervisor and Mamagers on duty had opportunity to handle this better, no professionalism and everyone...
Read moreThis is by far the worst restaurant experience I ever had in my life! I walked into this establishment with my family just to grab a bite before a flight, and noticed there was no hostess at the booth to greet us and welcome us in. It literally took about 5-7 minutes for someone to come to us and ask if we would like to be seated? I mean, what do you think? We're just window shopping for food? Anyway, after being seated, the waitress took another 10 minutes to come to the table to introduce herself, in which she did not even provide a name, but is was surely the same person that sat us down. So we have all decided on what we wanted to eat, and took our drink order last, which is odd because any other restaurant would want their servers to ask customers what would we like to drink? The drinks literally came to the table 10 minutes after the order was put in, and it also came to us warm. So then another 15 minutes passes by, and the appetizers did not even make it to the table, let alone to dishes we ordered. So we was not very happy with the service and the whole experience was horrible! Food should not have taken that long because it was very slow in the restaurant, there were maybe 6-7 customers at the bar and 3 tables with customers. How can a business this slow be so slow with bringing food and drinks? I truly do not understand this! I myself work in the same industry and I will never ever let my customers wait so long to be seated, have servers improperly introduce themselves, and not bring out food in a timely manner! I am calling out management in this establishment to resolve this issue because it was a bad experience from beginning to end and I will never ever visit a TGIF anymore! Thanx for the horrible restaurant...
