Starbucks — Restaurant in West Orange

I went today as soon as they opened early at 6 AM. There were about two cars in front of me on the drive-through the screen to place an order outside was pitch black so I thought it was off. I waited for a few minutes no one said anything so I drove up behind the other cars when I got to the window , the grumpy old miserable man told me I had to announce myself At the pitch black screen to place an order, And that now I have to go back around and wait behind the five cars that now piled up behind me. I said I didn’t know I had to announce myself. Can I please just get a plain iced coffee it’s a quick drink. I already waited online now. He refused and kept telling me to go to the back of the line again. That’s the worst customer service You could possibly provide from Starbucks that I’ve ever heard of.

Today 7/26/ 23. at 4 PM like every other Tuesday and Friday I visit Starbucks drive-through for my favorite drink on the menu. Every time I go to the Starbucks in West Orange after my shift. All I want is my mango dragon fruit refresher, Venti, nine palms, of cane sugar, and two scoops of dragon fruit with lemonade. Every single time I have gone to this location they always mess up. My order is either no what I ordered or does not taste, right and the customer service from the staff members is very rude and dismissive and then on top of all of that, you’re prompting me to tip you when you’re not even giving me proper customer service. I am tired and frustrated when it’s the one part of my day I’m looking forward to at the end of my shift and I’m not able to enjoy one of my favorite drinks from Starbucks. For a place that is less than 2 years old, it's plummeted fast. This spot is conveniently located inside of a busy plaza. I expect a line. However, my latte is usually subpar. Ordered an iced signature pumpkin spice latte before it's off of the menu, and honestly, I don't know what I was expecting. Maybe a burst of pumpkin spice richness. Blame it on Wendy's pumpkin spice frosty, because wow.. It set me up for failure.

Lol.. Anyway, this sadly was so bland. It was more a watery milky drink than pumpkin flavor. Also, they forgot my pumpkin topping. Ugh.. The store was out of banana nut loaf, so I got the pumpkin loaf. It was decent, though it had an odd aftertaste.
