If I could give it a 0 stars I would truly do so. I bought a gift for my son’s birthday that he picked out all excited and when he opened it there were a lot of the pieces missing from it. I came to the store to make a return or just exchange it and the person taking care of me called her manager and I explained it to the manager and she said hold on and left. She acted like she was going to go check the other ones they had or talk to someone else but I just saw her going by the door and just going standing there for a minute and then just turning around and said they couldn’t do it because it was opened. How would we know there were stuff missing if we didn’t open the toy up. This is very ridiculous $35 down the drain and my son didn’t get his toy. First day of opening and miserable employees? Wow.. I had horrible cashier Cathy, she scanned all of my items and I noticed she kept scanning. I asked her to hold on and I counted my items. I had 18 and she rang 19 and still wanted to go. I confronted her and recounted. She was upset and nasty saying mam ok I got it now you have 18. Of course I didn’t trust her anymore so I started counting again but she insisted to be mean. Like, you made mistake why you upset with me? On top of that, when I was leaving I noticed everyone had bag and she never offered me one. When I went back and ask for bag she was arrogant. Saying you have to pay for it.
