St Cloud Deli and Catering — Restaurant in West Orange

this is my review of St. Cloud’s deli, smelly, stinky bathrooms. Do they always lock the bathroom door and they always forget to unlock it and in the United States is illegal to lock the bathrooms in a restaurant or deli or anyway you sell food they should stop doing that otherwise still be put out of business. The people would stop going to that restaurant/deli. The government should look into it the United States government are looking into this and many other establishments that do the same stuff that’s why I stopped going there. My friend got mad at me because I thought there was a leaky gas pipe leaking in the bathroom some kind of like gas line so it’s not very good. I think people should stay away from St. Cloud‘s deli, I think it’s I think it’s you would like to relax when you go out to eat somewhere but I guess they don’t care about the customers correctly so that’s why I say everybody should stay clear of St. Cloud’s deli they they should definitely file for chapter 11 and close down because I think the people would like stop going there over a period of time. And suddenly noone speaks English! Im a West Orange resident for 25 years but I never bothered to come here. On 10.7.25 while seeking a grill cheese sandwich. I dropped in. There is a minimum DEBIT charge of $10. I figured I would just use there Triton ATM machine. I generally do not use random ATMs but what could go wrong. I requested $20 but receive $10. Yes I have thousands in my acct. The receipt actually stated this. You asked for $20 and you received $10. I go to pay and questioned the cashier who plain English stated i would receive the $10 back. Today is 10.30.25 i checked my acct and nothing is there. I print my bank statement present my issues and suddenly noone speaks English or is unaware. I asked for the manager of course I got nowhere. Im not great at saving ATM slips so now I'm at the mercy of my bank. I did ring Triton but immediately received a recorded message with a disclaimer. So obviously they are aware.

Deserves zero stars. Overpriced. Rude service. And con artists. No price tags on items and when you ask they make up prices. I work nearby and the prices for drinks always change. I asked for a receipt and was not provided one. Was told that I had to ask. Wrong I should be offered as a customer for proof of purchase. Was short changed multiple times and when I inquired the woman that cashiered would say she gave it to me. No longer supporting this business. They should have shut it down when the OLD owners left.
