I went this afternoon after work to get a sub after a long day guy was nice but he looked inattentive and took a phone call mid way making My sandwich which u know I let them slide because I get it it’s work life is hard whatever after making my sandwich and charging me extra for another persons order he forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. I came home and noticed normally it wouldn’t be a big deal and I would get it later but I am pregnant so I just dropped down crying I know a little dramatic. My boyfriend came w me to get the sand which after me crying and they told me they made me a new one which they didn’t I noticed off the rip but my boyfriend made them redo his sandwhich I was so hungry and sadly it was one of my Cravings I just ignored the fact that it wasn’t remade but yeah ATLEAST my bf got another One. At the end of the day I’m not saying I would go here again but I probably might because I’m pregnant. However I have been coming to this subway for a long time and in the recent years I must say that the care they take making peoples food is not satisfactory. More than once I’ve had an experience where one of the employees will help a customer who’s getting one sandwich ring him out on the register and leave their gloves on my thing is if you’re going to do that then at least have the decency to like change your Gloves before you help the next customer just because a lot of people are touching those other surfaces such as the register and you’re taking payment from somebody I just think that it’s professional to be as clean as possible when it comes to handling food. Afew days later, I went to make an order. The team members did not know how to fulfill a large order as one of their team members stated. They didnt know what I was talking about.
