RACIST HISPANIC EMPLOYEES!!! I walked in to purchase at the counter because the drive-thru was packed. After being ignored for 5 mins, a female employee walked over and instructed me to order at the kiosk because “that’s where you need to place your order”. About 1 min later as I was ordering at the kiosk, a young (Hispanic) male walked in and I mentioned to him that we have to order at the kiosk as I was still placing my order. Another female employee walked up to the counter and asked to take his order. I was in total shock! The Hispanic male told the woman that I had been in the store before him and didn’t feel right ordering. I told him to go ahead and order because CLEARLY this is what they were use to doing to individuals that looked like me! I proceeded to tell him that I witness the same thing happen to some black school kids at the McDonald’s on Main Street. The young man looked sad. The woman proceeded and mentioned to him again that she was there to take his order. At that point, two other white males entered the restaurant and she took their orders also. My order was placed on the kiosk at that point. I asked the woman for the other woman’s name that directed me to the kiosk. She totally ignored me. I called my local council official whom advised me to get her name to file a complaint against the establishment with the mayors office. The woman came to the register and called my name to cash me out and speak to me since I was asking for her name (since no one suddenly understood English anymore). She told me that her name was Laura which I know she’s clearly lying to me. I spoke calmly to her and told her that today would be the last day that she would selectively single out someone of color and not serve them. Her silly excuse was that she did not want me to wait since she was taking care of the drive-thru. When I questioned her about the other girl coming to the register to service the Hispanic guy, she became silent. By the way, the hispanic young man and 2 white men food was given to them before mines. I had to wait an extra 10 mins for my food. My order was not even a large order. Read moreI will never come here again. I wanted to bring my family to what I thought was a decent place and instead I winded up having to apologize to them for the horrible service. First they took care of the guy that was behind us because he said he knew someone from Corporate. They were busy chatting up a storm and hanging out by the register. We got there at 9:50 and they told us they could only give us till 10:15 so we said fine. It took them 20 minutes because they processed the guy behind us first since he knew corporate. Then we said something and they had the nerve to say OMG we forgot your order. We ordered for my nephew the quesadillas and told them not hot sauce. They put hot sauce and he ate it like that he didn't say it was hot until the end. Then we're eating and some guy who said was the manager said we couldn't stay past 10:15. So we said we understand but you forgot our order and, you took 20 minutes to do it. So the least they could've done since they already messed up is let us eat in peace. I will be writing to corporate because if you're going to hire young kids they should have respect for the customers. I most definitely will be changing my Friday night dinner to another fast food place that will be polite and actually process our order instead of hanging out. So I politely asked again and I even explained we are driving so I need a customer?” and given a weird look. I told her what we had just ordered. I was handed a little cup meant for child. I’m 40. As I began to explain again the fact that I’m driving and need a cup with a top. The manager quickly turned her back and payed me no mind. I understand people may steal drinks that way but she could’ve easily grabbed a Taco Bell cup and put the ice in it herself at the drive thru. As she is the manager she should lead by example and customer service should always be priority. Me myself having alot managers experience, found her performance to be very judgmental and dismissive. Not a good example for the employees who work with or under her. I’m not even shocked that they didn’t even get my order correct. But I remained polite but disappointed at the service I was given. Recognizing the scenario for what it was, I realized I was disgusted and politely placed the tiny cup of ice, that served me no purpose, on the counter and left quietly left the premises. Mam, if you see and read this complaint; My only advice to you is to DO BETTER with future customers. We pay the money that pays you to take care of your family and business.
