Read moreEdit: chargers mostly work now. However, I ran into a maintenance problem with a horrible response from the team. My fire alarm was supposed to have the batteries changed and they were not. Now it is intermittently screeching at midnight and the on call maintenance person won’t come - despite being on site - because it’s not “an emergency.” They’re already on site for another resident and it takes 2 minutes to change a battery. I’d do it myself but they won’t give me a ladder and the ceilings are too high to reach.
Great apartment but awful management and awful EV charging stations. Management doesn’t really answer emails and when they do it’s vague with no solution to the problem. EV chargers are available but have maybe worked 5 times in the past 5 months. They are constantly off, turn off while charging, stop charging, or will have other non electric vehicles parked in them. I’ve asked management and was told they don’t know whose cars are parked there so they can’t do anything about it. Really? You can’t get license plates of peoples cars who park in your garage…
I’ve also often seen people park in the handicapped spots without tags, there’s no consequence for it.

The amenities are fantastic! The spacious loft-style apartments are modern and comfortable. I love the indoor pool and fitness center, which fit perfectly with my active lifestyle. The garage is super convenient, and the rooftop lounge offers stunning views, making it a great place to relax. Plus, the sauna is perfect for unwinding, and the media and theater room is ideal for movie nights.
Communication in the building is excellent, thanks to Angelica, who keeps everyone informed and engaged. A special shoutout to the head of maintenance for their responsiveness and quick repairs, any request I've made has been handled promptly.
