Aioli is a sandwich and salad shop. It is a place to get baked goods. It is a place to get juice. With these ordinary offerings in an unassuming location, Aioli could have shrunk into anonymity. But au contrare! The sandwiches at Aioli are simply the best I have had in South Florida in my decades of sandwiching. This a place where sandwiches rule the roost and where the employees are artisans and should be placed on gourmet Academy Award statues. The brie and caramelized pears on walnut bread sounds pretentious but this is not creativity for the sake of branding. It is a genius combination of tastes that would have any human with taste buds impressed and satisfied. My to-go order of long-stemmed artichoke sandwich on ciabatta is sitting in my fridge, patiently waiting for its ultimate calling. The muffins, cookies, brownies and cake slices are equal to the task of sitting next to Aioli's sandwiches. So too is the black leaf ice tea. The black bean orzo was a nice accompaniment as was the creamy potato salad. I did not try the salads but will do so. This is a counter-service venue with meals delivered to the number card on your table. For the Yelpers who complained about the prices, some of you said, in past reviews, that you would gladly pay a few bucks extra for higher quality food at other restaurants. Here's your chance!! Totally worth it. Are you kidding me?! I feel like I ripped them off! I highly recommend Aioli for its satisfying power-up to the ordinary sandwich shop.

Either my Wife or I used to visit up to twice a week, when they only had one cafe. Then they expanded, bought a newer and bigger oven, they changed up the ingredients for their breads, I felt that it lowered the quality. Then they opened a 2nd restaurant and started doing Green Markets. Slowly the quality started going downhill. I stopped buying their sandwiches and instead one of us would get pastries and the occasional breakfast. Sometimes it was exceptionally good, sometimes just Ok and the busier they got the worse the product. This morning I waited an exceptionally long time for take out. I ordered an opened face poached egg sandwich on a biscuit with ham and arugula. Sounds delicious? It can be. After the long wait I notice the server turn the container with the sandwich sideways in a bag. Of course immediately I knew that everything would be smushed together. They apologized and said they would fix it, then they handed me my bag. I was home in less than a minute. I live close by, I looked what I got. What they gave me was broken eggs with yoke running down the side of the container. Just a tiny bit of greens on the sandwich. Cold hollandaise sauce and hard biscuit, a terrible product. I contacted the owner, and the response I got was that the product they gave me doesn’t travel well for take out? (So why sell it) That their servers are very busy. But no apology, no replacement, etc. I would not recommend them for take out in the future, they don’t stand behind their product. Eat in and if they are busy, know that maybe you’ll get poor quality food.

Wow What a cafe! Exploring Palm Beach was pretty amazing this morning I found myself at this amazing café in the middle of downtown West Palm Beach. I have to say it was like stepping in to the most cleanest farmhouse bakery. Everything is fresh and whole in taste . You can definitely tell that the chef put quality product out and expects nothing less because the food looked perfect! I bought The biscuit cheddar bacon and egg. It was more than amazing the biscuit crumbled in my mouth, the egg was nice light and fluffy, the bacon was crisp all the way through just like I like it. The funny thing is the sandwich was not hard to bite but yet it crumbled in my mouth but yet not made a mess. Magical I say. Especially for a Glamboss like me. Not to mention all of the fresh pastries they have that I didn’t get to pick up. I definitely will be coming back for one of those. The customer service is amazing I spoke with Melanie and she told me about their wonderful second location where they’re fresh baked bread comes from. I enjoyed everything about this clean café. And that’s why I think it deserves ✨✨✨✨✨ GlamBoss Approved ! Wait I have to say I tried their cumber lemonade OMG If you are ever in downtown Palm Beach Florida and you want a quick bite to eat before that business meeting. You should definitely check it out. Just tell them that the Glamboss sent you!!!

Don’t be scared away by the outside look of this place - it’s like a an indoor elevated picnic inside with fresh flowers on the table, fresh in-house baked goods, and the most welcoming and friendly servers. This needs to be on your must try or go often lists! It’s like a small strip mall, so easy parking. Once inside you order at the counter. Take a moment to look at all the fresh in-house baked items, grab a loaf of homemade sourdough bread, one of the cakes, or choose from a cookie from their assortment of fresh baked cookies (my girlfriend took home a loaf of sourdough and I grabbed a salted chocolate chip cookie to go - totally worth the extra calories!) Take a seat - barstool seating or lots of little tables and they bring your food to you. I asked the girl at the counter her opinion and when I wasn’t sure she suggested half salad and half sandwich combo - the best of both worlds and it let me try each. I personally thought my salad was the winner - Roasted pear & Gorgonzola salad with balsamic. The sandwich was good - Ham & Brie on roasted pear walnut bread. My friend got the Roasted Golden Beat salad and loved it. So glad my friend suggested we try this place - it was the most wonderful surprise! (Love the ode to Star Wars with the bathroom signs designating men & women’s bathrooms!!)

I visited aioli on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. The ambiance, aesthetic, and music were nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was busy, but there were always tables available for the incoming traffic. Everything in their menu looked delicious. We ordered an iced oat milk chai, iced almond milk crack coffee, and an iced oat milk chocolate mocha latte. These drinks were definitely worth coming back for. The mocha was perfectly sweetened and chocolatey and it comes with 2 shots of espresso. The chai was refreshing and light. The crack coffee, well, left you wanting another. It was foamy like a cappuccino and mildly herbal. I loved the idea of picking two from a sandwich, soup or salad and ended up ordering the caprese sandwich and Cesar salad. It was a light, filling, and yummy lunch. The salad came with bacon and is a great, tasty choice for the bacon lovers. The caprese had a nice pesto sauce and the bread was perfectly crispy. Family I came with said the homemade chickpea, vegetable soup was delicious and it was also vegan and gluten free. The roasted pear salad with pecans and Gorgonzola cheese was delicious as well. Next time, I’d like to try some of their pastries!

Came here in between travel basketball games with my wife and 2 sons. This place is pretty darn busy but they keep the traffic flowing pretty well. The sweet treats and bakery items are mouth watering and displayed as you wait in line. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered the almond croissant, the carrot cake croissant and the brown butter cinnamon roll to go. Seating is limited since is fills up quickly but we were lucky enough to snag a table for 4. Our boys had the giant pretzel and the classic cinnamon roll l. I had the chicken salad sandwich which was good but my wife's ham and brie sandwich was the star. It came with roasted pears and walnut bread. The sweet and savory works so well together. The boys and I had lemonades while my wife had a salted caramel latte. I wish this place was closer to us (Boca) so we could try everything on the menu.
