TIPPI NAILS&SPA — Attraction in Lake Worth Beach

So far this is my third time @Tippi Nails & Spa. By far they have not disappoint me with there tremendous costumer service and care of there costumers. I needed to get acrylic nails take off, new set of gel acrylics & Gel Pedicure.

A4 has always been great and sweet , I’ve always had him do my pedicures. He’s so kind and respectful and funny. He place a towel on my legs since I had shorts. I usually get the $40 pedicure and he does great massages. He’s also very passionate and fun throughout the process.

Meanwhile, I was relaxing at the pedicure station while A4 does my pedicure. Mimi & another young lady provided me a water . After , they Start getting started removing my previous nail sets and gets a head start. Very efficient and working as a team. Which was great. Mimi was so kind as well always making sure I was okay and not in any sort of pain . Aside from that she would make sure I liked the process of the nails. She was very honest that she wanted to add a twist of what I wanted . Very minor change and I ended up loving them. However the most important part is that she was honest and made sure I would be okay with it.

Overall, Tippi Nails is a great working environment, they’ll all so positive and joyful, they work as a team & make sure you feel pampered to the fullest. Thanks A4 , Mimi & the young lady for making this experience great. Just for a side note it was not very busy because I arrived early morning. However I have been here on a afternoon and the experience was great as well.

Staff is generally friendly, the place is clean. I used to enjoy coming here to get my nails done until my favorite tech (Hana) quit. The guy who has been doing my nails the last few appointments (ken?) is disappointing at best. He lays gel on very thick. My nails look fat/overfull every time he does them. His shaping is crooked and uneven. I asked for coffin, he gave me square. During my last appointment his behavior towards the end was worrying. He seemed to be on drugs (cocaine?) as he was very shaky and spent a weirdly excessive amount of time on my left pinky nail, just for it to end up looking bad. He just generally had that coked out demeanor. He cut the very same finger. My last appointment, he cut a different finger. Once is fine. Twice is not a simple mistake, but carelessness. The gel on the same finger with the cut spilled way over the edge of the nail onto my skin. It hurts to try to separate from the skin due to the cut.

HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 245pm AND AMWAS TOLD I WAS NOT WELCOME BECAUSE OF THE OWNER SAYING I CALLES AND GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW WHEN IN FACT MY DAUGHTER CALLED TO ASK WHY THEY LYING ABOUT SERVING MY MOM WHO WAS IN ACCODENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO DROP HER OFF TODD ASSUMED WE BOTH WAS COMING IN FOR SERVICE AND AT THIS TIME WE DIDNT KNOW IT WAS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY THEY JAVE OUR NUMBERS TO TEXT US TO LET US KNOW THEY CHANGED SO TO ALL MY PEOPLE THAT GOES THERE PLEASE STOP THEY ARW TRUE LIER AND DO T VARW FOR THE CLIENTS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB MONDAY MORNING PLEASE EVERYONE FIND A MORE DESCENT PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS AND TOES DONE PLEASE STOP GOING TO TIPPYS THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL PERIOD TODD AND TERI ARE NON PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.WE WILL BE WRITING MORE REVIEWS ON YOU UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT AFTER WE HELPED YOU PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS KNOW WE GOING BACK TO LET THEM KNOW...
