I saw the outstanding reviews and the pictures and everything looked great, decided to try it out. I ordered online and it took me to ChowNow. I made my order and checked out. I realized that I made the pick up for ASAP but I wasn’t going to be there that quickly and decided to call them. They left me on hold for about 2 mins and then once they picked up I told them I wouldn’t be there that quickly, if I can change the pick up time to a little later. They told me they never received an order and would I like to order now? I told them no? I just ordered online. They told me again there was no order made online. They don’t see any order. I told them I have an order number and an email, they still said they never received an order. They asked again if I wanted to order with them now, I let them know I didn’t want to order again because I already paid online. after coming here for a few months I’ve noticed a nice change. The have lowered prices for masks and other essential items during this time. Their sizes for coffee are generous and price is reasonable. They have reduced the amount of products in the way and now customers can freely walk in and out within the 6ft guideline.
