Ordered the 3 tacos plate and asked server if I could choose the meat. She said yes so I gave her 3 meats for the three tacos. Plate came with 6 tacos on it so I asked her when I received it about it in Spanish. I said the meal 3 tacos but my plate came with 6. She smiled and said it's the 3 tacos dish. Looking at the picture of the 3 tacos dish I saw it seemed to have more than 3 in the picture, so after she said that's what I got and looking at the picture, I thought it's what I got. Nope. Bill came and charged 3 tacos plate plus another 3 tacos. I asked her about it and then she changed saying it's 3 tacos plate plus another 3 tacos. I reminded her I asked about it on 2 separate occasions. She got manager who was awful and wanted to do NOTHING to assist but be super rude. Finally, manager took back the 1 taco I had in a to go package (to throw in trash), redid the bills so that I got charged the 3 tacos plate and said she'd make the server pay for the other 2 (of the 3 extra minus the one I gave her back uneaten). Came in based on the reviews. What a disappointment!! Started with soggy, bendy, chewy "chips". Had to fish out the few that were actually crunchy.
The Fajitas Supreme were ordered and looked very appetizing when they arrived. Thought things had taken a turn for the better... boy was I mistaken... ABSOLUTELY.. INFURIATINGLY!! TASTLESS!!!
It literally tasted as if they used absolutely zero of any type of seasoning. How can you screw up a basic fajita dish? I mean it didn't even have flavoring from the onions and peppers. Which leads me to believe they are all cooked separate and thrown together.
Additionally, The refried beans were soupy and the scant half scoop of rice was overcooked and bland.
The only redeeming item was the natural pineapple juice which was yummy. They should close everything else and just make this a juice...

Edited: Second time here, this time we had Early Lunch we sat and eat inside the restaurant with my kids, Tacos were crispy and soft enough to not break when you take a bite, the meat was perfectly cooked and moist, my toddlers had the kids menu ( chicken wings and chicken tenders with fries) I must say I've never seen my boys eating and enjoying a place as much as they did here, they stayed sitted to my surprised and enjoy their food, one of them ended up dancing on the floor all over the place. We were amazed by the details on the back of the chairs ,the skills and craftsmanship are absolutely amazing, I asked one the servers where they were made and they actually were made in Mexico. What an amazing dining experience with my sons, I LOVED IT! I would recommend going early since lunch...
