Me and my husband are really kind and patient people, we order ahead and waited a little longer to give them time, since we work in a restaurant and know how it is on Saturdays! We ordered a sandwich with no pickles since I’m allergic to them and since I had read the reviews I told my husband to double check the order and of course there was pickles on the sandwich. My husband was kind and asked them if they could make a new one please and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE and just stared at my husband in a horrible way and then after a moment said “ can’t you just pick them off” and my husband explained no because my wife is allergic and can’t come in contact with it, and then the guy was extremely pissed, went to the back and the girl working back there said “ well it didn’t say it in the receipt” my poor husband had to pull up the order to show them since they wouldn’t believed him, of course we were right. He said a lady was on the phone with another customer and hung up and told the cook that he screwed up an entire order and the cook looked pissed and ignored her. My husband brought the pizzas home and they are cold, burnt, and have NO marinara on them whatsoever. They are so hard and taste like cardboard and can’t even hardly bite into them. We only buy from here, once or twice a year because every time we’ve ordered from here, it’s been disgusting. My husband and I both were Casey’s workers in pleasant plains, IL and we know how to make these pizzas ourselves and I would have NEVER served this cardboard to a customer.

This time I walked out without even getting the pizza. So sick of this place's terrible disorganization and terrible customer service that they can't get their online orders out. I love Casey's Pizza but apparently it's just not in the cards to ever get any from this location. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. CONSISTENTLY. EVERY DAMN TIME.
