Antonio's Pizza — Restaurant in West Pittston

I drove all the way from Carbondale to try your pizza. And when I get there an hour later, you tell me that I have to wait another hour. Which is fine... you guys are busy. I ordered 3 pizzas which came to about $64. Had I known it was going to take this long, I would have came at the time. But the person taking orders did not tell me I would have to wait 2 hrs after placing my order to pick it up. The best part about this whole experience was the interaction I had with the person taking the orders. There was no reason for her attitude and no reason for her to yell & raise her voice at me, claiming she told me the time. When in fact, she did not. There was another worker up front and she was at least nice about it. Told me they didn’t start making it (an hour later) and asked if I wanted it. But in all honesty, if the girl answering the phone calls never chimed in and try to belittle me... I WOULD have waited, and I would have stayed in the area. But the way she handled the situation was simply unprofessional. I know that you guys are under a ton of pressure with everything going on. But it sucks when you try to support your local businesses and they treat you this way.... Especially, knowing that you were coming from several towns away. What a...

Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but it’s required to leave this review. I’ve tried this place several times and every single time the staff was rude and unpleasant but I kept giving the benefit of the doubt. Today is my last time ever coming to this “ “restaurant”. The lady was rude , flies on the food, didn’t offer us a menu and wouldn’t give us the time of day.The cashier sat there drawing on a notebook ignoring us while we waited to place an order. We sat down at a dirty table w/ left over food from the previous customer that wasn’t picked up. When I went to get my food and asked politely for the table to be cleaned. I was screamed at and told “ honey you have a problem” As I was trying to leave the situation she continued screaming at me to try to escalate the problem. Simply unprofessional! So disappointed with the workers here. We ordered from them about 2 months ago and they were super rude to us. We agreed not to order again. We decided to give them a chance again so we ordered a pizza. The lady told us it would be 45 minutes. Well we decided to go something else so within 10 minutes of placing the order we called to cancel. The lady was rude and told us our pizza was done already and we can’t cancel. Funny that 45 minutes means pizza is done now in 10... not to mention IF it was done in 10 minutes.. no one was going to tell us that our pizza was done and it would have sat there for 35-40 minutes. We apologized for the inconvenience but the lady told us 45 minutes and 35 minutes is plenty of notice to cancel an order.
