Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Pottsgrove

Total disappointment. Like many other reviewers I grew up eating and loving Pizza Hut pizzas, but this location is a total joke. When we first moved to Pottstown our pizza was delivered over 2 hours after the tracker said it left and of course was totally cold. I called and the manager didn't refund our money but comped out next meal for the same amount. We didn't order from them for 2 years after this we have since decided to give them a second chance and now we are getting our pizza with the cheese stuck to the lids or today A MONDAY!!!! Delivery estimates are almost 2 hours. We thought maybe they had fewer drivers it will probably be delivered before that.....NOPE!!! An hour after we ordered the tracker didn't show our order even in the oven so I called asking about it and magically the tracker shows our order in the oven and I am told it would take 30-45minutes until it is delivered. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I have ordered from them on a Friday and Saturday and it never takes that long. I could make my own handmade pizza in less time. No other pizza place takes this long. I could go to any other restaurant or dinner and be seated, order, eat my meal and pay and it still would take less than 2 hours. Again totally disappointed and I will no longer be ordering from...

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is poorly staffed, mis-managed, and a joke of a restaraunt. I have given this place MULTIPLE chances. Almost every time it is a mistake. They never have enough staff, or the staff there is COMPLETELY either under trained or inept. A simple order for ONE pizza takes five minutes to place AFTER waiting in line to even place an order for 15 minutes. Fine, whatever. Come back in 20 minutes to pick up my food. It's apparently either not ready or mis labeled. Either way, another five minutes they cant find my food. At this point I'm livid, and want a refund back. Wait ANOTHER five minutes for the manager to use the ONE register being used that night to attempt to give me a refund, only to find out they mis ticketed my food and it was in the case the whole time. So now over an hour after placing the order, I can finally go home and eat the pizza that I asked to be well done which is raw. Already stated I gave this place PLENTY of chances, but this was the nail in the coffin. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Edit: Forgot to mention they have a habbit of closing randomly when they should as per their schedule be open. They also "are out" of what I want at least 50%...

I have been consistantly lied to about order times, and today has been the worst yet. From the time that I placed my order, I was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I did not recieve my order for 1 hour and 20 minutes. It's not necessarily the fact that things come up and all that.. I simply dont like dishonesty within any of my dealings. I only stress this because upon asking how much longer a few times, it was always 10 more monutes.. as was the same with every other customer that came through the door. I suppose I should have taken heed to the phone that rang without answer for the entirety of my time there...If I hadn't paid already, I would have left.. I suppose i should have still demanded my refund.. i did not, but i simply wont be ordering from here again. Perhaps this may serve as a precaution to the poor management, dishonest business methods, and poor cleanliness of the facility in general. It's not the $25 dollars that upsets me that I'm out, or the cinabuns that I ordered and never recieved, it's the entire evening that had been waisted standing in a pizza shack while my wife and kids were waiting at home for me ready for dinner. What a waste of life.. and now I have lost my...
