1/3/20 - Ordered off them, lady would not listen to me when I tried explaining how to get to my building. She just ignored me, and kept repeating the wrong address. She finally repeats the correct address, but the delivery guy still shows up to the wrong apartment. When he calls, he reads off the wrong address.
The food gave me food poisoning.
I called for a refund. At first they refused to come to me. They told me I had to go there. I do not drive, and it's nearly a mile away. I told them I'm really sick, and I shouldn't have to go to them, when they gave me unsafe food. Still, they insisted. I stressed that for them, it's a 5 minute drive, but if I leave my house, I may have an accident, because their food made me sick.
They FINALLY agreed to come out here. The guy could NOT get my address right, after me clearly stating it at least 5 times.
I EXPLICITLY told him how to get to my apartment, and told him the reason was because the last guy had trouble finding me, even after he called, and confirmed the right address. He said he had it.
He calls me saying he's here. I go to my door, and guess who is NOT there...
I tell him again (it's the same guy I spoke with at the restaurant when I called to complain), that he had to follow the sidewalk ALL the way to the back, as far as he could go. He would say "I'm here", but not be there. I even shouted "ALL THE WAY back here!"
He mumbled something under his breath, and I heard him walk off... So he was around the corner, I am assuming. I took off after him, and he was getting in his car to leave.
If you want THE rudest service, and THE LEAST competent employees - then by all means, order from here. And good luck not getting...

This was the first time I had any issues with an order, but I am appalled at how the OWNER treated me on the phone and will not order from here again. When I called the person I was speaking with did nothing on my first call but say my food was on the way. On the second call I was hung up on ( assuming accidently but did not get a call back) and on the third call I was interrupted multiple times. The person I was talking to kept saying they would call the driver and I explained I understand that there are other orders and it might be delayed, there's no need to call the driver. I would not have ordered if I knew it would be over an hour and asked if there was anything they would do for this order since my expectation was for hot food in 20-30 mins. Read moreI placed an order at 608pm and was given a timeframe of 55-75 mins. I called to get a status update after 1 hr 30 mins passed. I was first informed my order was canceled due to being outside of the delivery area. I explained I have received deliveries to my address from them multiple times. Two weeks ago was my last delivery. I then asked why wasn’t I notified that my order was canceled. They then lied and said they call me. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager then informed me that they didn’t have enough drivers so that’s why my order was canceled. I then asked why wasn’t I notified and he also said I was. I ensured him I wasn’t. This place is unprofessional. They lack customer service.
