There were 2 groups of people before us when we ordered. A large family and a couple. The large family got there snow cones 10 minutes after ordering. It took over half an hour before we got we got our order, halfway correct. When we asked the employees about it they said sorry it’s a rush. The couple before us we’re still waiting. We decided to leave the snow cones and ask for a refund. They could not do it. They had to call the owner multiple times and still couldn’t figure it out. It's some really good shaved ice and I've had a lot and this is probably my favorite place to get shaved ice from..
