I waited a couple of months for this place to open! I was very excited when they finally opened!

I always get the street tacos when I stop in and they are always fresh and tasty! Their Al Pastor is cooking on a trompo so you know it's gonna be good!

Their tortillas are amazing and they even have an option to order the handmade corn tortillas added to any taco!

Their carne asada has a very specific salt flavor that I love.

Their salsa options are some of the best in West Valley! The mild medium and hot are all awesome! They even started making their own chips in house if you order the nachos! They will let you but the salsa as well in case you have a party or get together just give them some notice and they will hook you up!

The food is always fresh and comes out quickly! I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my food and that was on a BUSY Friday night!

These guys are open LATE so when you get that late night taco craving, Instead of going to a fast food bell or drive through breakfast burrito spot, come get some tacos from these guys!

The tacos were good size. I ordered four but could only finish three. The birria and the chicken were my favorite. The tortillas are handmade and a little crispy. The consome is super flavor and temperature hot. They gave me the grilled onions and little handmade tostada's with my order. Delicious! The aguas seemed fresh and not too sweet and not too much ice. The burritos are huge and packed for only $12! The quesadilla was also big the carne asada is flavorful and they crisp it a bit. Everything was good. What a fantastic find! We discovered this spot late at night and were blown away by the food. We ordered the Volcano and the Birria, and both were exceptional. It's clear that immense care and passion go into their cooking. The birria, in particular, stood out with its accompanying three freshly made, thick corn tortillas. They had that perfect slight crispness while remaining wonderfully thick, soft, and chewy. We were so impressed we took a dozen tortillas home!
