Order a buffalo chicken pizza for take.out when I get home I notice heyyyy no buff sauce...no problem I call the store and the girls says they will make it right next time and give me a free order of whatever I want. I took the girls name, time of order and her description so they couldn't deny me when I come back in (not to mention your phone number is saved and it should show up that ways as well. I get to the store and the SAME girl tells me "I didnt day that I don't remember your order" boom I bust out the receipt and call log and her name (Deep which is a unique name). I asked her how would I get your name....your nickname if you didnt give it to me. So she says OK I'll make your pizza......when I get it o get to the car and yet again wrong order no buffalosauce on pizza. When I bring it back in all of the employees are huddled around the counter looking at my.pizza flabbergasted for whatever reason. Place is SKETCHY
If you like having to call numerous times and drive back to the store to get your food "fixed" by all means order from this location. If you like to see 8 employees standing around talking instead of making your food that already either late or wrong by all means order from here. If you like being lied to about being compensated for multiple wrong orders then by all means order from here. If you want pizza that's as thin as a paper plate and labeled as "handmade pan" and get an uncharge for it by all means ......you know the rest.
If you feel comfortable with 8 workers speaking and making jokes in another language while ignoring your complaints and bout the wrong order.
Place is a joke no idea how they have lasted this long. I don't think they know what customer service is. They are lucky they are on west view instead of downtown or somewhere in the city cause they would instantly change that tune.
Their drivers sit outside the store and smoke cigarettes all night. Make sure you don't have any errant "butts"...
Read moreTerrible service, mediocre food. Food is ok, reminds me of food from highschool, sometimes overcooked or like it sat under a warmer for an hour and the bread is hard to bite through.
The thing I don't understand is that they are 1.6 miles from me and took 55 minutes to deliver my last order which i placed an hour and a half ago. On top of that the tracker said it was delivered 15 minutes before they arrived. When the driver arrived and gave me my order, he looked pissed off at me for the $2 tip on an $18 order, I'm sorry but I am not paying you for late lukewarm pizza and your bad choices, that $2 will more than cover your gas (Let it be known that I normally tip drivers around 25% because hey, they brought me my food and get no compensation for gas or wear and tear on their car. My last driver from Large Plain got a $5 tip on a $16 order.).
The good stuff: The tracker is not automatic, they have to punch into the tracker when they do each step. They have people doing it for them back at the store to make the statistics of the store look better, and the better the statistics the less visits from the corporate office. Some of the drivers leave with 5 or 6 orders or more when corporate strictly limits the drivers to 3 orders per trip. This rule is to ensure customers get their orders promptly. They have "ghost" drivers (fake accounts) that they sign out orders with so it looks like 2 drivers took 3 orders each. I know this because I know someone that worked at another Domino's in Pittsburgh and what I said above is exactly how they did it where he worked and i doubt they do it any differently at this place.
This needs to be dealt with and a much more strict no tolerance policy for cheating the system and causing problems for customers needs implemented....
Read moreUPDATE:: I tried this location again, and found they had charged me extra after I accepted and submitted my payment online. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS TO SEE IF THEY STEAL FROM YOU TOO! Never going here again. Paypal seems to be investigating, and after contacting Domino's on Twitter, this franchise location falsified claims to Domino's of contacting me to resolve this - they claim they've called, but never received anything from them.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:: I chose Domino's tonight because I thought it would be a quick way to send my father some dinner after him being caught with some less than ideal home renovation issues. Ordered and paid for a pizza and chicken ceasar salad using the 2 for $5.99 deal online, to be delivered to my dad as a surprise. Exactly 1 hour after ordering online, I received a call identifying they hadn't even left for delivery because they just realized they did not have the ingredients for the salad I ordered. This is completely unacceptable in itself, as they had an hour to either tell me (hmm, maybe while the pizza was baking) or else go out to the store to buy the missing ingredients! I asked for them to refund me for the salad, and the individual I was speaking with on the phone said if I just wanted the pizza delivered (so no replacement of the salad) it would be an up charge because it's no longer the 2-for deal. I could not believe this! This is NOT the way to run a business and highly discourage ordering from this franchise. I still have no clue what ended up being delivered (my father's bad day also included his phone dying while he was working on the renovation issues), and I have no idea what I paid for. Please change the way to do business so this does not...
