Kevin Coomler from the ERA Liberty Realty gave us a fantastic home-selling experience. A year previously, my sisters and I engaged in the process of buying my mother a home in Maryland so she could be near most of us and help her down-size. It was awful. One realtor from a different company took advantage of her and our zeal to make things happen quickly. Needless to say, that delayed the process further. This year we contacted Kevin Coomler with ERA Liberty in West Virginia in order to sell my mother’s previous home in that state. I, and now my mother, live in Maryland so much of the process had to be done remotely. Kevin worked with our schedule, he ensured all details were taken care of himself, and we had a buyer within the month. Then one of those dreaded hitches occurred due to damage from a previous storm. We had to delay the process. Kevin took care of the buyer to keep her happy and advised us--continually--to make sure everything was done in the most efficient manner possible. He fielded innumerable phone calls from my self and my mother with absolute patience, and so did the other professionals who were part of this sale. He made what could have been a horrible situation--especially as we had to manage it from a state away--the best it could have been. Look͏ no further than Kara as your agent!! Kara was truly exceptional. She was ALWAYS available. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased an old "as is" with lots of road blocks along the way . She told me what to expect going in and highlighted the concerns I had and the research she did to make sure progress was being made was above and beyond' In addition she was able to put my house on the market at a great sell price and sold in two days. We had lots of offers and she walked me through the offer that made the best sense for me. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying and selling a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
