Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Westover

This particular Pizza Hut is/was at the time extremely understaffed. This in my opinion is no fault of the employees but of the organization. As a result, the quality of my order was horrible. My pizza was burnt and did not have the correct toppings on it. The cookie was cold and in my opinion dried out. To make things worse I could not get through on the so called “customer service” phone number to alert them of the issues with my order. I had to go out of my way and make a second trip to the store to remedy the problem. The manager at this location, although highly agitated, remade my pizza and gave me a partial credit to use on my next order. This was a nice gesture on his part. That being said, I had to use up more of my gas driving back to the location and spend about another hour of my time and delay my family dinner. Although me and my family for the most part has had good experiences with Pizza Hut the service of late has been lacking. Might have to start...

Joshua joined Tony and I in Morgantown on Tuesday and Wednesday. After our doctor appointments, we decided to stop for lunch at Pizza Hut. Normally we try to eat at new places but we no longer have Pizza Hut in Ripley, especially a dine in, set down style so we were excited for Pizza Hut.

To be truthful we thought they were closed. No cars in parking lot...scary!! Usually makes you run...but it was 230pm, maybe we missed the lunch crowd.

Now this is a large Pizza Hut with ample dining room space. Love the sports decorations on the walls. We were greeted and seated immediately. Tony upset NO BEER at this Pizza Hut.

We ordered Pepsi and My Dews and decided on a order of Garlic bread sticks and the New to us...New Yorker Style Double pepperoni Pizza with extra wide foldable slices. It was very good. The meal was only $20 plus a $5 tip. We were full and...
