Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in West Virginia

I was here last week (Friday 9-12-25) about an hour before close. One of our subs was wrong. It was supposed to have mayo but the grill cook mistook that for mushrooms on the ticket. No big deal. Our other sub had mushrooms so I can understand the mistake. We apologized for the inconvenience and asked that they make another one. The guy at the counter was very nice, but the girl on the grill not so much. She was slamming stuff and was very aggravated that she had to make another sub. She brought it out and slung it on the table. We still said thank you and she completely ignored us. We took our food and left. I have to share this, should have done it sooner though! I have a bad allergy to red meat and dairy products due to a tick bite. I explained that to the gentleman as I ordered a turkey sandwich, asking if he would use clean gloves. Instead, the man grabbed cleaning rags and cleaned the entire slicer and counter off. I've been eating here since they first opened. The subs are always consistent and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. My favorite is the classic Italian sub made Mike's way(all toppings and seasonings). My only complaint is that the subs are a bit pricey compared to other sub shops. But if you have the mobile app you can get occasional deals and earn points from every sub to be used towards a free one. The consistency and friendly staff are what keep me...
