KFC — Restaurant in West Virginia

Our family stopped into the specific KFC after making a trip over to Beckley. The three of us typically have special orders as we did this time, again. Not one time has an order been incorrect when we have gotten into our vehicle to check the order or if we've gone through the drive-thru and stop to check the order, it's always correct. Yesterday was a very busy day when we had gone into place a takeout order and there was a high volume of customers and that did not stop the excellent personalized service and ensuring that our order was correct. In fact, to my mother's surprised, one of the employees opened up all of the boxes in front of us to make sure that everything was correct and that was an exemplary display of customer service, to say the least. There were two employees that we had worked with, one was at the checkout in the other opened up the orders in front of us to make sure they were correct. With both interactions, they were positive, friendly, efficient and jovial. Even if I don't necessarily eat KFC, my mother and our family definitely does and this is one specific franchise that has never messed up an order which is usually and heard of because people have human error and we've gone four years at varying times. This place is the worst to eat at the people who work there are very rude . one of the cashiers walked away because her ex-husband came in and she went over there hugging on him even though she had customers lining up at the counter. After ordering me my wife and my son sit down and begin to eat our food I had chicken strips and that was very hard to choo it was like eating rocks.my little boy had popcorn chicken and tater wedges potato wedges was cold as ice cold in the middle and the popcorn chicken was so hard. my wife ordered original Krispy Chicken it was hard to eat that to .I took the food up to the counter and the assistant manager said I was right and told us are food be ready in 4 minutes that I could sit down and she would bring it to me. 15 minutes later she's bringing my chicken strips and sad sorry after the fact we started standing up to go up there to ask her for our food and she begin stating that the people in the kitchen did not know what they were doing and all of them need to...

My boyfriend and I came today to pick up a Door Dash order that was supposed to be ready by 6:43. We received the order at 7:10. The few people in the lobby ahead of us had already been waiting an upwards of 40 minutes and began recommending to other customers walking in that they should just take their business elsewhere. The state of the place was horrid. Trash everywhere and it just looked grimy. It seemed only one girl was really working out of the many employees there. She was extremely polite and doing her best. Manager on duty was nice too, but it seemed he was ignoring the problems and long wait times. Unfortunately, her best efforts aren’t enough if no one else will work. She was a short, skinny, black girl. Also, seems like the AC is out, so I can’t really blame the employees for not wanting to work in that environment.
