We ordered on the app. It informed us that the order was done. My husband went in to pick it up. It wasn’t in the case. They said it wasn’t ready yet but they had to clear it out of their system because their system was timed. My husband stayed and waited for the order to be completed. When he brought the pizzas home, one was doughy. I called. They informed me that I would have to bring the pizza back in for them to see. I did. They then told me that it would be 30 minutes until they could make me a new one since they had other customers. I told them I just wanted a refund then and they refused to give me one. I told them that I was not willing to wait 30 minutes until they started making my pizza. They said I could wait 15 minutes and talk to the manager personally about it then but she was the one giving the orders. (They had been running to the back between every reply to answer the way she wanted). I asked for corporates number. They said there wasn’t one because they’re a franchise. I asked for the general managers number and was told no, they would not be giving me anyones contact information. I said I wanted to take pictures of the pizza and that my husband would be back in for the remake. They tried to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures of the pizza so I brought it outside and took the pictures. I brought it back in and told them that my husband would be there in 30 minutes for the remake. When my husband got there 30 minutes later he walked in to them talking about it, even though the woman at the counter was telling them that he was there. They told him that I had told them not to remake the pizza, had threatened them, and had screamed in the managers face (even though I never talked to the manager personally). When he told them that he knew that didn’t happen the manager told him “your wife needs to start using her ears to listen”. She was disrespectful and rude in general. She kept insisting that the pizza was not doughy despite that we had pictures and videos to prove it. Read moreI will never order from this location again. Twice now my order has been wrong. This time it was through delivery. When I noticed my pizza was wrong I called hoping to get my order fixed. Aj who answered the phone was so sweet and tried his best to do what he could. He asked Brandi what he could do to fix the mistake. She told him I needed to contact DoorDash because that’s who their delivery is through. However this was not DoorDashs mistake. The pizzas were labeled with my name from little ceasers. When I asked to speak to Brandi she rudely said “you need to contact DoorDash I don’t know what you want me to do about this. We are extremely busy and we aren’t going to remake your order.” I understand you are busy and short staffed butI was extremely nice and had no issues coming in to get the correct order or even waiting for the correct pizza to be made. She kept cutting me off and not letting me explain that what I ordered was not what I received yet it was marked with my name on it. She even looked it up, read what I ordered, and I told her what I actually got. She then told me to call back tomorrow and they will deal with it then. How does that help me now with the wrong order? I ordered a $12 pizza and got a $6 pizza. She then stated she would put me on hold. I was never put on hold because I could hear everything she was saying. She Talked about me and saying I was lying because she put the order together herself so she has no idea what I’m talking about and why I’m calling to get it fixed. She told Aj to take my name and number and Andrew the manager would call me at another day. Poor Aj did what he could and I thanked him for everything and trying to help and that I was sorry. He did forget to take my number but i understand he was under a lot of stress and trying his best and that’s all I could ask for! On another note I will be contacting Andrew the manager myself and expecting to have my order corrected since it was clearly an inconvenience to Brandi even though it was her mistake.
