McDonald's — Restaurant in West Virginia

It was the same as every other McDonald's that I have been too across the country disturbing. People just there collecting a paycheck not actually taking there job seriously. I mean #1) you are dealing with food which is a serious position. #2) you are dealing with customer service. I ordered an double quarter pounder meal and " chicken nuggets." I get back to my room after working 12 hours and taking pride in what I do. Starving I dig into to my fries first and then break out my double quarter pounder and I take a bite just to find that it was not cooked all of the way, it was pink on the inside. So I finish my fries and my " chicken nuggets "because like I said I was starving. I go back to McDonald's and a lady behind the counter asked if there was a problem and respectively I said that it was not cook all of the way. She then says sorry and says to the back I need a double quarter pounder and watch your meats. Then hands me another double quarter pounder and said sorry again and then went back to serving more who knows what out the drive thru window. The most frustrating thing about thos is NO ONE CARES!!!!! No one stops to think about the inconvenience that they caused by there neglect because people will still pile in the drive thru for more who knows what. People just throw it out and move on but THAT IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM!!!! What happens when someone gets really sick or were to even die from eating raw " meat." Oh that's right let's sue them because we are to much of a coward to stand up for...

Food was good but they gave my dad almost no sauce on his big Mac.

My dad came in and ordered a medium meal with a medium drink and was rang up for a large, when corrected the employee didn't apologize but just said he "rings everyone up for a large" so he asked to get it changed and they were horrible. Very young dark haired boy with a little weight on him at the register was so rude didn't even apologize for up sizing without consent at all, didn't even ask but was going to charge my dad for it.

When he came back in because he forgot the drink he did just offer the large at the price of the medium which was very nice but he kept turning to everyone and saying "that's the guy" over and over clearly talking bad about my dad.

My dad never complains about this and always is very polite I encouraged him to get it corrected. I see why they only have 3 stars what an awful place. I hope that kid gets retrained. Very disappointed in the service would not shop here ever again.

My dad didn't want a drink that he didn't pay for so he again insisted on the medium but they were so rude I wish he was...

I used my app to place my order. That way I figured it would be done by the time I got up to the window.... That however was not the case. It takes 20 min to get up to the window I sit and wait another 15 at the window before a lady opens it and says we are holding on the McChicken meats can you pull up n we will bring it out. I said sure... Figured ad least the sandwich would be hot n fresh. ......wrong again. 5-10 min after I pull up a lady brings out the food... 10 piece nugget- but it only has 7 pieces in it...guess they can't can't... 2 McChicken sandwiches(the whole reason we had to wait) COLD!!! A ton of lettuce..but the meat itself was COLD!!! Wth was the point??? Absolutely ridiculous! What's the point of ordering with the app if the food still isn't ready... What's the point in telling the customer your holding on meat but the meat comes out cold!!...
