Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Virginia

My family and I visited Barboursville from and ordered the big dinner box at 9pm and we were told we’d get our food at 10:20pm. I figured ok, fine I don’t wanna drive an hour wait is ok. At 10:50 we STILL did not have our food. I called the store and talked to a very kind gentleman named Zack. He apologized for the delay and said my food was on the house. Ten minutes later the lady pulls up at our hotel (I’m waiting outside for it) I tell her “that’s for me” and gave her our room number and my name. I told her I had talked to Zack and very rudely she replied, “ so did I”. She did not apologize or give an explanation. She handed me the box and walked off. When we sat down to eat all our food was cold! If it weren’t for Zack, I would have given them 1star, but his customer service was very well done and appreciated! I won’t order from there...

I used to love PuzzHut it was my go to chain pizza restaurant. I’ve been here a few time and the food was subpar but I figured no fault of the location just PizzaHut just went down hill. However I went to this location this weekend to try the new Tavern Style pizza they just released. Awful is all I can say about it. I stood inside for 10-15 minutes waiting (no biggie they seemed pretty busy). When I opened the box none of the pieces were even connected so I can only assume it was sitting for awhile. Pizza was much smaller than expected but I’m sure that’s on me. I asked for extra sauce and well done, the pie was dry and still floppy. Sorry PizzaHut after this last experience I think I’m done with you guys.

Decided after a few years I decided to give them another try.. again they failed. The pizza doesn't taste like it use to. Got just pepperoni, how can you screw that up.. no flavor, hardly any sauce. I won't be going back..

Always loved this place as you can see from a previous post but the last two or three times that I had stopped there the pizza has been undercooked, the crust is still doughy. I have even placed online orders when I get home the order is completely wrong. I called back and the manager makes it out like I am lying, I offered to take the pizza back to show him proof that it is undercooked or it is wrong and he still gives me attitude. So I have started going back to Little Caesars. Pizza Hut will never get another...
