Absolutely one of the worst fast food options within 60 miles guaranteed. I've tried to get one VERY SIMPLE order from this Wendy's three times in the last week (clearly a mistake on my part at this point) and every single time the order has been messed up in some way. First I was double charged and given the wrong food, and even after having it remade was somehow given the wrong sauce. The second time they messed up the drinks and gave us small fries instead of large (which we paid for), and this final time they once again used the wrong sauce on the nuggets.
And the best part of it all? Getting pointed at and laughed at by two employees in the back while I wait for my incorrect order to be remade after driving back a second time. Gas isn't cheap and you can bet I'll never be wasting it to go here ever again.
Hopefully if you're reading this, you'll be smarter than me and completely avoid this Wendy's like the plague; that is, if you don't like being handed the wrong food twice in a row while being charged...
Read moreEmployee took my order, plain hamburger patties with nothing on it. Gave me a pattie with cheese. They corrected the order. My issue is that I was charged $6.66 for a plain hamburger patties and a plain baked potato. Every other time I have been there or any other Wendy's while I travel with special diet considerations, I am charged only for the hamburger patties, not the full price of a sandwich. The manager advised she was "instructed by the owner to charge full price and if others in the area are doing it differently, then they're doing it wrong." I am gluten and dairy free and can't eat any spices. Wendy's has always been safe for me. Disappointed in the lack of consideration when I know from extensive experience that there is a button they can choose to only charge for a plain pattie but the...
Read moreI came through the drive through around 8:15pm. I had a simple order. Two small chili’s and 2 jr bacon’s and I asked for lots of crackers. When I pulled up to the window to retrieve our food. It was cracked and there was a gentleman standing here. In a very high pitched smart tone, whilst shaking his head he said “she ask for lots of crackers” he did not do this in an informational way. He did it as if he was making fun of me. I do not appreciate the way I was just treated. When the lady handed me my food. I replied with. yes. I did ask for lots of crackers. My husband called and tried to talk to the manager as soon as we got to our destination. They offered free food. Free food is not what we want. We want the manager to be aware of the gentleman that feels the need to poke fun at customers in the...
