Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Warwick

First time going to this one, and I have to say, it's better than the ones I've been to in the past. Relatively friendly staff, and a good parking lot that doesn't feel like an accident waiting to happen. If I can make a friendly suggestion for the manager: get a second card swiper for the second register. The only thing I didn't feel great about was the staffer holding my credit card and getting a full eyeful of my card number. She explained it was because only one register had the hook up, and it was being used by her coworker. (I can confirm this was true. I did see just the one on the counter.) It's fine, the girl that was helping me was friendly and I could see that she was genuinely doing her job. I trust her. In this day and age, though, it just seems like getting a second card reader would help you get more customers who would feel comfortable trusting the business with our payment info.

Hi I have been a loyal customer and recently have been order from you guys for the past 4 days and tonight I was very disappointed since my order took over an hour and 15mins to arrive, I called the store and the person working there put me on hold to check on the order 4mins later comes back and says the order should be there in 10 mins, I said it’s been over an hour and he said no it’s only been 20mins I said I have email proof of me placing my order and he said well there’s nothing he can do bye, I did not expect that from your store and was in complete shock to be honest I tried calling customer service but you guys are closed since it’s 11:30pm and when the food arrived it was barley warm and the thin crust pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Definitely will never be ordering from this restaurant...

I went into the new Domino's on Main Street in West Warwick the other night & ordered the Bacon Jalepeno Cheesy Bread. The service I got there was great but when I got home, the bread just wasn't the way I had gotten it the first time I had ordered it. I called back just now to order the same exact thing but asked if I could get a discount on it this time since the last time I had gotten it it was wrong. They said yes so now I am waiting for my Bacon Jalepeno Cheesy which I am getting for free. It's nice to know that in some businesses the customer is seen as the most important person. After this experience, with these great employees, I would definitely recommend this Domino's to all my family...
