Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Warwick

Usually the food was consistent with minor mistakes like a missing sauce but recently it seems they are rushing the food so it’s undercooked every time now. It sounds great but if the food arrives in less then 30 min that pizza is doughy for sure. I wish you could choose well done until the pizza comes burned to a crisp .. last time I ordered I used the 5.99 deal coupon and got bread and wings it said I saved .50 cents ???? It used to be like 10 bucks after 3 things but now the coupon is worthless it was 5 now it’s still 8 for wings 6 wings . A slap of sauce for tiny wings and small bread and doughy pizza.?? When places are going to raise the cost of the food then the food should be the same quantity and quality if your going to lessen the amount of food then Don’t raise the cost it has to make sense somewhere . We know only gas and some foods will come back down in price later but these places will pretend nothing has changed . Now ronzios is closed and donahues charges out the A. I will never order anything from this particular Domino's again. The owner refuses to get involved when there are problems brought to his attention that he needs to address. The delivery drivers are unprofessional and discourteous. And at least one of them is also extremely dishonest. The app told me he had delivered my pizza when he had in fact taken it back to the store not delivered it to me at all and then when I called the store and they sent him back with the pizza to deliver it instead of going on a Joyride he lectured me about the fact that he couldn't find my house. Not sure how that's possible since I'm a mere quarter of a mile away from the restaurant on the same exact road that they are on, which happens to be a main road on a corner lot directly across from a fire station. That dishonest driver after giving me a lecture took his tip and my pizza and went back to the store with it. Disgusting behavior. And despite numerous attempts to get in touch with the owner no one would speak with me other than a young guy whose name was Sonny who said he was the general manager of the store. Never again . I ordered food through the app. About 45 minutes later I was getting phone calls from an unknown cell number . I do not answer numbers I do not know but eventually I decided to answer . The man on the other end was extremely rude. He says to me “oh now you want to answer, you didn’t see me calling 5 times ”. I explained to him I get a lot of junk calls so I usually do not answer. He did not leave a voicemail or text saying he was with dominoes so I had no idea it was him. At this point t I am beyond disgusted the way he is talking to me so I asked him why he is calling . He told me he is no longer bringing my food because of my disrespect . I called the store and asked for the manager . I was left on hold so I decided to just drive there to get a refund (I did not trust the food at this point ) . I was still on hold when I arrived at the store and the manager was making pizza when I arrived .
