Over and over again I have had terrible experiences here but nothing in comparison to yesterday. I ordered a macchiato and an iced coffee cream only; the girl needed me to verify almost everything except for the amount of sugar in the macchiato. Next thing I know, I get an iced latte instead of a macchiato and an iced coffee with sugar. My mother is a diabetic so sugar is an absolute no-can-do. I take the coffees back to get my money back and the manager just says, "okay hold on for a second," grabs her keys and hands me the money and tells me to have a nice day. There were zero attempts made to find out why I was so irrate or to try to solve the issue. So I told her that I was not done speaking with her and the look on her face turned into pure irritation. That made both of us. I told her that I, " stopped coming a year ago because even though the location is down the road from my house I have had nothing but problems and physically witnessed a shift leader pick an egg off the floor and put it on a sandwich!.. now I decide to give it a try again and have gotten less then mediocre service and zero resolutions for the many times I have complained." Her response, "I will talk to the staff." There was no apologies, no trials to make the situation better and I am terribly disappointed with this manager and store. Read moreThis store has gone down hill for awhile now. For some reason only one employee in that whole building can make a coffee correctly even after having to bring it back twice. And not to mention now that you have to show a receipt to get an exchange they've stopped asking people if they want one and just send you on your way. The night crew is a nightmare unless Sam is on. She seems to be one of the only people who actually cares about there job and doing things the right way. I get getting upset over a coffee is kind of ridiculous but when I'm now paying 5.50 for it I would like it to be right. This company really needs to get better training and making sure people are actually following procedures especially when they are charging people for them. Read moreI work in a nursing home by this dunkin donuts, I go there usually after 7pm and again at 3 am. Today me and some nurses went to this address to order, they had no bread no bagel nothing, (this is the 5 time since December that there's no sandwiches there after 6pm. Then I will go at 3 am they have everything. I order an English muffin, cream cheese bacon and egg. The sandwiche came absolutely nasty cold and one piece of bacon with no cream cheese. They very rudely demand for tips and if you opt out they mess up your order or give you cold food. They didn't have my receipt and I had to go outside of my car from the drive thru to pay. My order was #8186 at 7:30 pm all my friends that work here say that after 6 pm the staff is very rude and they never have nothing available, this is a absolutely shame since...
