I stopped by today for the first time because I just moved into the area. There were maybe 8 guests in the place. 1 person was at the bar and I decided to sit there. BIG MISTAKE. The Assistant MGR, Diaz, got up from a chair to help me. I ordered a large margarita and asked for a menu. He made my drink and walked into the kitchen. I thought he would be right back. Silly me. A couple walked in and joined us at the bar. The man went to the restroom, did his business and came back. I signaled to a server doing side work to get Diaz, the Assistant MGR. He went into the kitchen, came back to continue to roll silver. At this point, it had been so long, the couple at the bar got up and left. To give you a time perspective, I was half way through my large drink. I then signaled to the hostess to get the Assistant MGR, Diaz. It took more than one server to get him. He finally came out and went to the 2 top top check on them. He eventually went behind the bar to ask what I wanted to order. I was so mad. I said, "Nothing at this point." I told him that there were 2 people that walked out because of him. He said, "Well, they can go somewhere else." I replied, "I'm going to do the same thing." He then told me that he was "helping out the servers". After I confirmed that he was part of the management team, I told him that he's in charge of the place. He's not "helping out anyone". He replied, "I had other things to do." "Yeah, screw the customers, you've got better things to do." was my retort. I paid for my drink and left. The staff that were aware of the situation were clearly upset but didn't seem surprised. I will repeat this story to anyone who...

We used to love this place, then the prices went up and up and up. Reluctantly we decided to give them a try, decided to try the fajitas special on the daily special board, but on receiving the bill we learned that fajitas for two is excluded….it would have been nice if they included that little bit if information on the sign. A few examples of absurd pricing - $2 for a dollop of sour cream, $13.50 for tableside guacamole (1 avocado worth)

Never again.

3/29 Update - Someone chose to respond, but with the typical generic response that doesn't acknowledge the specific complaint in the review, which is that the price was misleading. An honest response would be something along the lines of "I'm sorry that we did not accurately describe the specifics of the special" or "I'm sorry, the server should have let you know the special only applied to xxx" .....I know it's hard to get good help these days, but this is a management issue. Good management would inform the staff of the daily special, the limitations, and to inform the customer of the limitations when an item that is virtually indistinguishable from the actual special is ordered (fajitas or fajitas for two - they're both fajitas!) And when I spoke with server about it, she only said sorry that's not the special - no offer to get a manager. The careless attitude puts the burden on the customer to inform you of quality control issues, so here it...

I think the drinks are great if your looking to get drunk this is the place to get drinks at best margaritas hands down I ever had but I had a really really bad experience herelast time I went the waiter lost my debit card after I paid the bill my card was no where in sight I ended up finding my debit card myself it was on the floor near the table so it must of knocked out of his hands somehow but I was not happy about the service on top of that the food is not that great it's okay at best I had the Birra tacos and they were not good the meat they used for it was really fatty it wasn't tender at all also normally I like the atmosphere but after my debit / credit card was lost I was no we over being there thank God it was found by me but that should never happen and I was definitely not drunk enough to lose my debit card I also caught the hostess staring at me taking a pic of my margarita which is okay I guess but when I go out I kinda like to not be stared at it just makes me uncomfortable and the drinks were good so it's not like I was giving the drinks a bad review it also gets super busy so if your someone who likes restaurants that are not crowded this isn't it it's always packed with people it was my birthday and the waitress was terrible never go here on a weekend this place...
