Wasabi5 is an amazing place, I used to not like sushi as much because of the idea of fish being cold and raw. But ever since I went there, I started to like sushi and I was introduced to new foods for affordable prices. They have a wide selection of different foodsâmost I have never heard of.
What I like the most about this place is the food and the wide selection of it. I have tried many new foods here that I would enjoy eating againâespecially scallion pancakes. They have a lot of options of fish, for example, octopus, Maguro, eel, crab, and many more. I honestly dislike the eel, I would say it is my least favorite of the fish I have had so far.
I find the names and the presentation creative and eye-catching. I like the names of the foods. for example, the Dancing Crab Roll, Yummy, Sunshine Roll, Godzilla Roll, and many more. The names are creative and eye-catching, which makes me want to try them. When the food is served, I love the tiny foliage âgluedâ down with wasabi, I think it is a nice touch. I love the presentation of the food (photo below of Dragon Roll) It makes me feel like I am eating at an expensive restaurant.
I love the overall setting of this restaurant. I am fond of the art on the walls and the decoration and the lighting of this place. I usually go to this place at night so the lighting is dimmer, and the aesthetic lighting is brighter. I especially love the purple lighting on the brick backboard (as seen in the picture below).
Ultimately, Wasabi5 is one of the best sushi places that I have gone to. If you like their food, they have a couple of other locations you can go to. Also, their store is in a convenient location so I would definitely check it out if you are...
Read moreI was performing HVAC service at store next to this restaurant. When I was done,I ordered takeout. Tuna tartare and Won ton soup . I NEVER had Tartare before. It was AWESOMELY DELECTABLE. I WILL be doing that again. Won ton soup was great too. Not over salty, AND the ginger stood out enough to be perfect. Based on my 2 dishes I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. It's a very clean place, extremely nice people to deal with. I can always get a clue how clean a restaurant is by the back of their building. No issues here. No bad garbage smell, or trash piling up around the dumpster. 12-21-23- I was back to do a service call at Skechers next door, afterwards,I ordered what I ordered last time, and AGAIN, It was AWESOME ! WON TON soup was thee best. Not salty, had great flavor, and the wonton noodles had the perfect amount of ginger .Egg Roll NOT greasy, and my favorite Spicy Tuna tar tar was unbelievable ! I will be back to repair Skechers heat. When I do, I will order again. I live far away, and when I get a chance to experience Asian cuisine like this,...
