My family showed up at the Exton location at 8:55 PM on 9/13/23. 2 .young female employees at the counter refused to take the DQ App for special deals for 85 cents blizzard. Then after 5 minutes of asking them questions about blizzards, we decided to order it anyways at 9:05. Then the employee said they had already turned off the machine for blizzards in preparation for closing at 9:30 So they don't take orders for blizzards anymore for the night. 1st of all, why did they turn off machines for blizzard 30 min before closing? 2nd of all, they should have informed us when we walked in that blizzards are not available before we spent 5 min deciding which blizzard to order. ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!! Me and my wife were just there and got a small and medium soft serve cone. Teenage girl says the total is 9 something. I give her my credit card and declined the receipt because I sadly trust humanity. They got this new Square credit card system I noticed from previous times I've been there and didn't think anything of it. This establishment is truly the definition of an unprofessional work environment. I decided to take my kids for ice cream one day after swimming lessons, and I was mortified to walk in and hear the vulgar language being used by their employees. And no, these were not just "crazy teenagers" talking amongst their peers...this explicit conversation was between two full grow adult women! If I were to drop the "F bomb" in my work place, I would immediately be fired for hostility in the work environment. This is an ice cream shop. Ice cream shops are supposed to be kid friendly!
