I hang out here on weekends with my veteran buddies and sadly have to confirm many of the complaints I see here. I've not seen the employees be overtly rude, but have seen times when they could have handled customers better. What I see most is long waits and getting orders wrong, and I've seen times when the food was cold or the buns stale. The primary manager, Mike, is a good manager and has high expectations of his employees. When he's there, he's "cracking the whip" and the employees work hard. When he's not, that's another story. Unfortunately, even when a bad employee is fired, the new employee is not much better. Some of these kids work hard and want to do well, but it's not the majority. Some want to be paid just for showing up. They'll be told to check the lobby and they'll say it looks fine when it's a total mess. Others are trying to get though the day and dreading the other two jobs they'll have to work that day. But I've also seen customers come in and be extraordinarily rude, acting as though the missing slice of cheese is the worst thing that ever happened to them. Read moreThis was the third time I had a poor experience at this location. the customer service is the worst I've ever experience. This time the girl at the window slamed the window in my face mid sentence while I was expressing my discontentment with how mess-up the order was. The order was so messed up that I was given things that I didn't want and the stuff I wanted were missing. She was upset that I demanded a correction. She said the order was read for you and slammed the window
Another time. My breakfast order was messed up. I realized it after I pulled off. I did not eat the sandwich but I went back as soon as I could to get them to give me the correct sandwich. when I got there, I told them what happened. I didn't got get an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. no one cared. I got instead "you want the money back? breakfast is about over" I said well I'm still hungry I didn't eat so I will take somethings else. They took the sandwich from me and made me pay extra for a lunch sandwich. I took what I could get and walked away and thought it was just a bad day for them. everyone gets those.

Read moreWe went around 3pm on a Sunday. When I pulled in there were 6 cars in the drive-thru. I parked, only to discover all the doors locked and service is DT only. By the time I got back to my car and pulled to the DT line, the car in front of me just pulled away from the order box and it was already my turn. The staff was friendly and the process was so quick. You might think they had pre-made several orders ahead and they were sitting under warmers with how fast we got our food. I pass the bags off to my passenger who checks to make sure everything is there and steal a fry or three. I was quickly met with an "aghh" response and when I asked what's wrong was told, "Nothing, these fries are HOT they're so fresh!" The whole purchase was fresh and hot. We will definitely be stopping at this location more often.

8/20 - maybe today was a rough day. The fries were only half filled and the drinks were made wrong. The iced latte appeared like it was made with old coffee and just poured over ice. Not changing my original opinion of this location. It could have been a new crew members first day.
