Brooke and her team are absolutely class acts and highly represent the Gilligan Dunkin franchise mentality! I have waited almost 2 years for the pair of Westerville Dunkins to open. To my utter surprise and amazement, the second one opened in the span of a month and a half. It is on my way to work in the Columbus area! Honestly, they made the drive-through feel like I was at a premium steakhouse. I usually order a sausage and egg croissant with no cheese, and Gilligan is the only franchisee who consistently listens and honors my request for no cheese. The breakfast sandwich was perfectly toasted and heated throughout, my hashbrowns had that signature crisp yet balanced Dunkin taste, and best of all, my hot blueberry coffee with cream was perfect! Brooke even offered me a double cup for my hot coffee since Duncan stopped caring sleeves nationally. My coffee was piping hot just the way I need it, some of the freshest I’ve ever tasted in my life, and the blueberry and cream were balanced and flavorful! Read moreOrdered over the web. Order was confirmed via email. Pick up time was pretty quick. Upon arriving at the new Dunkin’ Donuts on County Line, I was informed that there was no order for me. Hum???? I was hungry so I ordered a mix of donuts and pastries. My original order was $18.13. My order I picked up was $12 and some odd cents. I returned home, and decided to check why my original order was charged $18 for the original order and $12 for my replacement order. I called the number listed on the Dunkin Donuts web site. It rang at the other DD shop in Westerville. I spoke with a manager and was told that the manager of the County Line rd store would call the next day. Never Happened. After a bit of a run around I returned to the store and was refunded the purchase price. Problem no 1) my only order never was received. Problem 2) the phone number was the same for both stores 3) the store manager never called me back. So far far the experience has been a waste of my time. Poor communication is not acceptable. Read moreVisited this location today to order a coffee and a donut. The girl took my order and never handed me my coffee. She started taking the next customer and after she was done with that customer I asked her if she forgot my coffee. She asked the guy working behind her if he had made my coffee and I think he was overwhelmed, honestly. She walked in circles never thinking to just make my coffee so I could leave and tells me "if he doesn't make your coffee in 2 minutes, I will." I had already stood and waited 5 minutes for my coffee, why was I having to wait longer? Then, I asked the guy if he could just make my coffee and he didn't respond. Someone else made my coffee which was nice but had the girl just made it when she took the time to walk in a circle, I wouldn't have been upset.
