Becky the Bakester — Restaurant in Westfield

Stopped in the day before Thanksgiving just to see if anything was available and was lucky enough to get a sugar cream (Hoosier) pie, pecan pie and apple pie which were the best we ever had but not even the best part of the whole experience! I was there with my kids so we grabbed a mini French silk pie and a couple other snacks to enjoy same day and the French silk pie was TO DIE FOR. We were fighting over the last bites- so creamy and perfectly sweet and the Oreo crust- cannot rave enough. Mom and Dad were behind the register of this sweet family run business- we will be making this a regular tradition for our family from now on. AMAZING!!! If you like pies - or anything baked and delicious for that matter- you MUST true Becky the Bakester!!! Hands down the BEST pies I’ve ever had- and believe me I’ve had lots of pies. I think it’s her crust which is tender and flakey without getting mushy or gummy with the filling. My only regret was initially ordering a 6in pie. Order the big pie. You will not regret it. Our family favorites include: the milk bread- in all its delicious varieties, the chocolate hand pie when available, the apple pie with any top and the cherry pie with the crumb topping. I ordered a cake with Becky this week on Monday after my other baker was unable to make a cake for the baby shower I was hosting. She saved the day when I was in a pinch! The staff members were incredibly kind. Becky was extremely quick to respond and made all of our cake dreams come true!
