Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Westfield

I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesy bread from here at 11:25. I filled out the app address on campus and put in my hall. I tracked my order and at 11:49 it told me that they left the restaurant with my food. My friend and I went into our common room which has a view of the door and is accessible to the public. It becomes 12:20 and I am getting a little impatient for my food so we walk out through the door and look to see if there is anyone delivering pizza because as I walk out I get a notification saying they hope I enjoy my food but I haven’t gotten it yet. I call the number on the app and they say the driver is back at the store because I didn’t answer the calls or texts they sent me. I’m in a college dorm and waiting for my food. The delivery driver didn’t even leave his car. Then they say they’re sending him back and he should be there in 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later and he finally arrives with my cold food. I walked into my the Domino's in Westfield MA to speak with the manager about problems with my order. The manager Chris had previously spoken to my partner about the order and had hung up on her. As soon as I mentioned my order he started acting in a very unprofessional manner cursing and using disparaging language. I started recording his behavior to record what transpired. When he said I did not have permission to record him I stopped. His behavior only got worse. He started threatening me trying to intimidate me into deleting the video. While still talking to talk to him calmly he took off his apron and came around the counter. He then grabbed me by the arms and pulled me backwards trying to remove me from the store. If I could I would give them -10 stars. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas online. I called literally 2 seconds after placing my order to make sure they received it correctly. The manager told me they indeed received my order but only for 3 cheese pizzas. He said the pizzas were already made and I had to pick them up or I would never be able to order from them again. I said how could the pizzas be made in 2 seconds and they responded by saying cheese pizzas are really easy to make. To my knowledge I have never seen anyone make a pizza in 2 seconds. I told them I would pay for the pepperoni added and they said no, I would have to eat the cheese pizzas lol. They were extremely rude and I would never order from this place everrr.
