A little gem in Westfield. We started with the curry carrot soup served piping hot, which was a thick, delicious puree. A great house-made soup can be hard to find, and this nailed it. Then we had the Caesar salad with the buttermilk fried chicken breast, and the buttermilk fried chicken sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. The batter on the chicken is perfect--light, crispy. The Caesar dressing is delicious. I think it is the tasty aioli that also comes on the chicken sandwich. I like that the romaine is cut into truly bite-sized pieces for the Caesar salad. The salad comes with a perfect homemade parmesan crisp and plenty of shaved cheese. The only thing I would change is to use honey, or more brown sugar, in the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. The ribs were super tasty where the sauce wasn’t the biggest part of the meal, which I completely loved. A compliment to the cooks abilities. The cornbread was remarkable in that it wasn’t dry and had a buttery flavor I found perfect. I need to learn how to make cornbread this tasty. The pork sammich was reminiscent of a Cuban sandwich, very tasty!...

It was cooked perfectly, the thick bacon was nice and crunchy, and the dressing was really tasty. My wife had the chicken tenders. Tender juicy chicken breast meat with a delicate crunchy coating that wasn't too thick. We both had an ice cold Arnold Palmer to enjoy. I would highly recommend a visit. This wasn't our first and won't...
