I hate to be this person but the owner needs to know. The young man at the front desk was nothing short of rude tonight. I understand there was a huge storm that went through but to lie to our face to turn around sales for the company is not a good look, or the right way to do it. He said there was a 45 minutes wait and when we asked how he gave no response. Everyone in line was extremely confused. There were no tickets up (online orders) and 2 people waiting. Personally, I love it here. As soon as I came in I was greeted and the employees seemed very passionate and happy about their work place. Considering they just opened it may put stress on them a bit and people should understand that. The food is amazing and seems to be prepped with care. The cashier was nice and informed me that she was new and it may take her a moment which was great communication! They all said goodbye as I left and wished me a good day. The subs taste good and the staff is very friendly, the only issue I've ever had is that the subs are always very sloppy and the paper it's wrapped in is so greasy on the outside. The fries are always yummy and crispy and they offer ketchup and vinegar to go with the millons of fries you get. A small is usually more then enough they load up the cup with lots of them.
