Read moreI will not anymore being giving y’all anymore of my hard earned dollars. I have hoped every time that I have came here on my lunch break that my food would be made correctly. I would be treated like how the staff would wanted to be treated and I wouldn’t have any issues. My chicken was undercooked and my wedges over cooked. My biscuit was over cooked and tasted weird. I have gone through the drive thru and they ask what type of sauce do I want I tell them and it’s not even in the bag. My drinks have tasted so bad I just don’t order them with my food anymore. I went inside just to get a couple of sides and this young lady walks out from the back rolls her eyes at me and then proceeds to smile and take my order. I have never worked in the fast food restaurant industry but I know customer service and that wasn’t it sis. Then she was shocked by my order being so short. Meanwhile she’s also on the phone with whomever and then tells me she’s in pain because of her foot so that’s why she’s mad. Let me tell you something..... WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME OR MY FOOD???? If your hurt tell your manager and go home. Your here so do what you initially applied for sis.... I won’t be going back to this location AT ALL. Read moreI have mixed feelings about the staff. The one white girl goes over and beyond and very nice. My chicken was dripping with grease and heavy salted. Unbearable to eat for my family. I called and the staff lady was very apologetic. She told me I have 7 days to bring my receipt and they'll remake my order. I went back 5 days later. I went through the drive thru and they wouldn't except it in drive thru. They made me come in even after I told them I have babies in the car and it was raining. The cashier told me her supervisor said they don't except receipts after 1 day not 7 days. After persistence they finally remade my order. After I got home and fed my family i was happy that the chicken wasn't salty and greasy. So I called to thank the supervisor and staff and the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. Its sad to say that this is not the 1st time the supervisor was rude. It seems like the staff is scared of her. I actually stopped going there a long time ago. I go to the KFC in canton.
