Pizza Town — Restaurant in Westland

Pizza Town is located in what is now an Amoco gas station at the corner of Wayne and Glenwood. I ordered over the phone and was told my order would be ready in 15-20. I arrived in that time to find the gentleman working on slicing (More on that later)my pizza and breadsticks. He handed me my receipt, however failed to direct me to pay at the counter for gas station customers, just a little confusing, but I figured it out without prompting after a minute or so. Now for the food. The gentleman cutting my pizza was cutting it in the box, which from experience as someone who worked in a pizza place should know, is not how it is done. As you can see on the breadsticks, they weren’t cut through all the way. Same with the pizza, however it might have been slightly better due to the fact the dough is super thin and floppy down where the topping are but super doughy on the crust end. The breadsticks lacked something, in addition to needing more than two little sauce containers, it lacked any flavor, salt butter, garlic, any or all. The pizza was decent - not the best - not the worst. At $16 for pizza/breadsticks it felt like a decent deal however I think I would probably just pay a little more for a better product...

So I just picked up three rolls from this place . Suppose to be 2 steak and and a pizza roll. The new girl was to worried about being hot and ended up giving me one wrong stick. I ordered this food and waited over 20 minutes for it. When I call and ask them to fix it, I was told there is no one in charge there and she told me "well you got a pizza stick and there the same price,so that should be good enough" No it's not good enough,it's not what I ordered. And when I demanded to speak to a manager she put another girl on the phone who was telling me to quit being disrespectful, they disrespected their customer base by not doing their job, and I was not being disrespectful but you better not be upset they made your food wrong or gave you wrong order, there slogan is "it's...

Spend 20 bucks a week here its usually delicious but ordered from there this evening (nye) and it was absolutely horrible cheese bread not cut multiple hairs in pizza all different colors my wife pointed out and it wasn't even done. Ruined the evening made us all sick to our stomach's. Kids wouldn't even eat it. I always brag about this place but will no longer be referring anyone from now on.
