Rating 1 star. We always get taco bell from here and are always greeted nicely and feel welcome. However over the last couple months the quality of staff has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped, especially the night shift crew. Now I understand times are hard and you may deal with some rude customers. But there is no reason for the staff to be slamming the drive thru window, being blatantly rude to customers, not interacting with customers and down right saying "about ready to quit(with attitude)" when asked how they are doing. Now as for the food it is usally always great. However I don't want to feel like be me coming to your place of work to get food for my family should feel like it is a major problem on you. They gave us a bag that was pretty light compared to how much we ordered. We double-check with them that there isn't another bag. Girl at the window says everything is in there and she double-checked. Before we leave the lot, we look in and find 4 items are missing which is 1/3 of our order. Walk inside to correct it and pull out everything to show them what they didn't give us and the girl at the window says that the nacho cheese counts as an item. You kidding me?
